Appreciate your warm up routine, concise and appropriate. Your comment on foam rolling suggested there was evidence over its effectiveness, any chance of sharing that information as too many lifters I see are spending an inordinate amount of time using this. Keep the good work up.
If my wrist are sore in the front rack. It normally means I haven’t warmed up or opened up my T spine as much. It’s never an issue with the wrist for me.
Man, a weightlifting while on the road or on vacation would be sick. I’m week 17 now on dog pack gold and I love it but I do have a couple week trip coming up
Thanks for the video, and before getting into clean and jerk, should I do squat clean and split jerk also with empty barbell? Or just go straight to loading weights?
Takes me 45 minutes to warm up which I know is excessive but I'm also working on mobility at the same time. I am trying to cut the time down but it's rough on this middle age body. LOL.
Lmao... SMR, a bunch of mobility work, stretching, dynamic warmup, technique primers with a PVC, technique primers with a barbell.... I'm at a solid hour +
Watching the intro as I’m currently laying on a foam roller watching TH-cam

Should stretch at home when not training (ideally after training) and will help with long term mobility
I can vouch for the Dogpack, it’s dialed as fuck
I'm a masters weightlifter. My warmup takes 30 minutes. I'm a failure! 😭
Well there goes my excuse to warm up every nook and cranny of my old body🙄 thanks alot 😅
Forgot my something comment. Also what about core/ab warmups?
Rest time between sets in the dog pack ?
