This is the only probelm for us living out of india... We do not eat much spicy like Indians...
I just minimise the spicies as per my taste.... :-)

Mutton cooked in open pan tastes great. To speed up the cooking of mutton use raw papaya paste as tenderiser. Raw papaya have no taste but it also helps to digest mutton and easy on digestion.

You work really hard on both ur cooking and quality of video's and bringing technology into it, your voice is very pleasant to ears, it looks mouth watering, even if one skips the spinach part than also its yummy. Just one quick thing, u r using khade masale, meat masala and at the end Garam masala as well, i believe its too spicy and one can let go with some of it, rest its awesome. Must try.
