I have just cooked this dish and it's absolutely delicious. Ranveer Brar is my go-to chef for Indian recipes. I love his stories, and his singing too. I also love that he isn't overly precise with measurement of ingredients and cooking times. It's important to develop your own style of cooking - like singing someone else's song.
