  • Want to give contrast training a start but don’t know where to start? Try this sequence and understand the science behind why contrast training is effective for building your vertical jump!
    1. Test your jump.
    2. Use a heavy resistance. (2-5 reps at 80-90% 1 rep max)
    2. Do a Band assisted jump. (3-5 reps)
    3. Do a Light to moderately loaded jump. (3-5 reps)
    4. Re-Test your jump!!!
