I just saw a video of lithe-ing from 9 months ago and the amount of progress he's had is insane. I didn't think it was possible to progress that fast. Team china is upgrading like crazy. Big ups to them and the FOUR coaches! Part of me doesn't like to see it so systematised. I see the formula when they break, with entrance, burn, multiple combos with dynamic changes inbuilt, finishing once with a freeze, and again with character. It's kinda weird to see the art I've loved for solo expression, morphed into a culmination of what it is now. But- I don't think anyone can refute that it's damn good and there's no going back now. Your team are the pioneers for what it's becoming! Looking forward to seeing more!

Hey Sambo, just a video suggestion: I'd love to hear your opinion on what might be different to focus on for tall breakdancers since their legs can get in the way and their center of mass is so much lower
I was a 178cm tall bboy, that's my problem too,i find it hard to do power, but as I saw many bboys taller than me doing power, I started to think that i just need to train Harder and don't let my height be an excuse, sure smaller bboys can learn a dynamic moves more easily, it's just harder for taller bboys but it doesn't mean its imposible.
Here are some taller bboys above my height:
-Bboy Alvin ( Vinotinto)
-Bboy Dizzy (Motion disorderz)
-Bboy Punisher
-Bboy XXL (Momentum crew)
-Bboy Magneto ( Now or never crew)
-Bboy Lee ( The ruggeds)

-Bboy Wing (Jinjo Crew)

@@kenjisan5520 That's a pretty cool list, I'm curious to know the height of each of them. Are you guessing they're taller than you based on appearance? I only found bboy Wing's height (180cm), which is tall-ish but still average in my opinion

Ive been injured after doing sets of freeze stacks going from shoulder to airchair to elbow to hand back down on and on.
I was doing great and tried to do my max. Was fine but day after suffered from elbow pain. Been 2 months now.
Any experienced with tendinitis?

In the past Russia was suspended from competing for doping and now they’re suspended for invading Ukraine.
