Streaming royalties are a consistent revenue stream that doesn’t change based on show attendance or merch stock. I think that’s a pretty silly thing to say
Dude it’s not “on time”. DistroKid’s paying you as soon as they get it, whereas other DSPs are essentially holding onto it while they get it and then giving it to you at the beginning of the next month. You’re actually getting it sooner with DistroKid.
I don’t know buddy, knowing both platforms very well and releasing on both id have to say amuse is paying you to say that and it’s not true amuse has a 3 month lag time. Be wary of advice from this guy.
