Join us in person for a Sunday service at 9:30amET at Grace Community Church located at Grace Farms (365 Lukes Wood Road New Canaan CT, 06840).
The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. We also have to think. Why do we want to have kids reguardless of knowing that there is evil, illness, and dying in this world we bring children in because of LOVE. We love our children even before we have them. God made us because he loves us. God is love and that's what it's all about. He wants our love and we were made to also be loved.

If it's a 90s / early 2000s romcom, then what happens is she ends up *actually* falling in love with him, but then before she can come clean, he finds out some other way about the $$$, and then there's some similar breakdown in the sidestory right before they run into each other in some bizarre fashion and reconcile the whole thing.
To put this out there also. Many cultures mention the great flood and there is also stories around Noah and his family. In India for example they said something similar but a but off about the story but 1 thing they all have in common is a man and his family built a boat and survived. Now, if Noah was the last man with his wife, 3 sons, and their wives. They lived to be hundreds of years old. Then that tells me they kept telling the story after the flood and as generations grew and moved on to other lands they tried telling the story they've been told but it changed over time and things were taken away and added because they're all VERY close to the original story. Which later the truth was put into Genesis from the Holy Spirit. I found an article about this and it was very interesting.

Watching this about hell and my 12yr old and 7yr old told me this morning that they both had dreams last night. My 13yr old said he saw my daughter and Jesus come down from heaven but she looked like wonder woman. (remember he is 12)
My 7yr old daughter said she dreamed they were outside a gate in heaven and there were 3 lines, one with babies, one with kids her age, and one with adults. God was telling them where they would go. Some adults had blood on them and they were sent to hell, and it was her turn and she saw one of her friends from her class and God told them to come into heaven. That's all she remembers.❤

You will get conflicting advice. It all depends on where you are in your journey. If you are a young Christian and you're still learning, it would be best to try to lessen the number of times you attend. As you get stronger in your faith and your foundation is solidified, it wouldn't be a problem.
I can't speak for every atheist, but for me, when Cliffe talks about non believers saying "If I want to live my life separate from God, he's not going to force me against my will to spend eternity in heaven". I've never viewed my atheism like that, It's much more a case of not being convinced by the evidence of his existence. I could quite easily be convinced if the evidence was stronger, lots of things *would* convince me.

I get what you're saying, but i find much more often from talking fo people and reading testimonies from atheists, that it wasn't a lack of evidence, but that there was an emotional or cognitive barrier to belief.

That part that Jesus is a physical representative of God, made me think that maybe you are a modalist and think that Jesus is the Father who was simply in a different mode here on earth representing himself but since you belong to Orthodox Christianity, I was mistaken. I am an atheist. I define atheism as suspending any acknowledgment as to the reality of any particular god until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. My position is that *_I have no good reason to acknowledge the reality of any god._*
And here is why I currently hold to such a position. Below are 10 facts I must consider when evaluating the claim made by certain theists that some god exists in reality. To be clear, these are not premises for any argument concluding there to be no gods. These are simply facts I must take into account when evaluating such a claim.
1. I personally have never observed a god.
2. I have never encountered any person who has claimed to have observed a god.
3. I know of no accounts of persons claiming to have observed a god that were willing or able to demonstrate or verify their observation for authenticity, accuracy, or validity.
4. I have never been presented a valid logical argument that also employed sound premises that lead deductively to a conclusion that a god(s) exists in reality.
5. Of the many logical syllogisms I have encountered arguing for the reality of a god(s), I have found all to contain either logical fallacies or false or unsubstantiated premises.
6. I have never observed a phenomenon in which the existence of a god was a necessary antecedent for the known or probable explanation for the causation of that phenomenon.
7. ALL of these facts lead me to the only rational conclusion that concurs with the realities I have been presented - and that is the fact that there is *_no good reason_* for me to acknowledge the reality of any god.
I have heard often that atheism is the denial of the Abrahamic god. But denial is the active rejection of a substantiated fact once credible evidence has been presented. Atheism is simply withholding such acknowledgment until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. *_It is natural, rational, and prudent to be skeptical of unsubstantiated claims, especially extraordinary ones._*

Hey Cliff, I just watched a true crime video of a 9-year-old girl who was kidnapped walking home from school, taken to a remote area, repeatedly raped, then hogtied and thrown into a pond alive where she drowned.
So I have 2 questions:
1. Why did "God" give free will to that monster KNOWING what he would do to that child?
2. If, while in prison, he accepts JC as his Lord and Savior, will he go to heaven?
A:1, just because God gave us free will doesn’t mean that we used our free will to do Evil.
Evil acts are committed by people who have no regard for other people.
A:2). If that person Finds Jesus and if he truly repents, God will forgive him.
All the children who died around the world, automatically go into heaven, because the kingdom of heaven are theirs. This is the covenant of Innocence.

He could have intervened anytime but he didn’t. Doesn’t matter how wicked some of the things humans do are but he will allow that person to do it (not saying he encourages it or anything like that at all) but sometimes he simply watches what man does with his free will. Now on the bright side that 9 year old girl is in heaven not having to face the temptation and agony there is in this life. And if you ask me then I would go through what that little girl went through a 1000 times over if I would surely make it to heaven. This is a bit complex. Technically, no. Jesus fulfilled that for us because it was/is impossible for us to follow it perfectly. However, the principles of the OT are still applicable today. Everything basically boils down to loving God and loving your neighbor. Do you have a local church you can attend? It's all very well to say "because He values free will and offers us the choice to reject Him."
That would seem fair on a level playing field, in which we arent deveived from birth until death by wise, cunning and ancient foe of His making. It would be fair if we were all born into the faith so we properly heard the Gospel AND enjoyed a personal visit and warning by Jesus so we could be certain the Bible was God's word. But in a deceived, fallen state - without such assurances - brother Cliff's argument falls flat for me.

If the disciples had argued with the Pharisees about Judas death, they would have then tried to show that a disciple of Jesus didn't believe in his message of forgiveness. Judas woukd have felt no guilt for betraying a false teacher.
