He's very sound in scripture he has just found a formula to spread the gospel his own way, not adding to the word or taking away. Regardless of what you think of him when it comes to women it doesn't change the gospel he spreads which leads people to Christ alot. Jesse though regularly poses the question to professing Christians why they believe a born again believer still commits sin. He knows the Bible says they do not, but like me is astounded that the majority of believers cannot see that the scriptures teach that the convert ceased all sinning the moment they believe from the heart.

My cousin, who is an atheist, sent this to me. This is one of the best interviews between a biblical "Christian" and a "professing" Christian I've ever seen. I actually thought the brotha was an atheist and the reason why my cousin sent me this, maybe he saw this as entertaining and humorous. But this answers so many things that we've gone over before. Praise be to God. This video covers a wide variety of questions we've talked about and, shows how a civil debate/discussion looks like at the same time can be a progressive debate/discussion. Lord willing my cousin will be shown the same mercy I have been shown before time expires. His will be done on Earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

I really enjoyed this interview. Ray is still on fire for Jesus and witnesses every single weekend at Huntington Beach to anyone who is willing to listen. He is spot on when he does his one on one interviews with people when he shares the gospel with them. I pray many more years to his life.

What if Jesse is echoing questions that he knows people are thinking to help the audience, and to test whether the guest is a true follower of CHRIST. I know for one thing Jesse believe the order of life is GOD In CHRIST, CHRIST In man, man in woman, and woman in children. So he definitely accepts the authority of GOD and JESUS CHRIST. I realize that it kight be tricky to dissect, but pay attention that the only reason people doubt his fsith is because of the questions he asks, not the facts he presents. Before you've been born again. It does not mean you sin over and over and over and over. Preachers lie and spit the word of satan fo keep people coming back. The Bible is the word of GOD and from God. The Spirit of God, in those who've accepted Christ, is the inner witness of those words spoken by the Prophets and Jesus in the written Bible. @Art Alvarez A lot of people who call themselves free thinkers don't do the extensive research into why the God of the bible made the decisions that he made. It's also the epitome of arrogance for a finite, imperfect, dying being to judge an infinite, eternal living being who created all things & is "perfect". Not to mention that we're reading an English translation void of cultural setting and language. To truly understand many happenings in their true context, one would do well to understand the Hebraic culture. The "laws/Torah" was given to God's people, the Hebrews (and those who sojourned with them, which we understand as being "grafted in"). Of course looking at the God of scripture through Western eyes without an understanding of Hebraic culture, sin, death, ect. would cause them to be mistaken in their understanding of such things. I just see them as not being there yet, because they haven't truly researched extensively. If you're not going to believe the scriptures, at least be truthful & intellectually honest in your critique of what you read in the scriptures (meaning to truly understand why things happened). It's puzzling that one would rely upon their own self appointed righteous authority, while at the same time borrowing from the morality of the God of the bible in order to judge the God of the bible. @Free Thinker the bible does not support slavery, the bible actually gives death sentence for stealing or selling a man, the bible supports having servants, and the king james version talks about owning servants not slaves, servants work willingly, slaves work unwillingly Ile explain to you how servants worked back then in exodus, so a servant would go to a family, usually a rich family, and they would ask if they would be able to serve for the house, the woman would become maids the men would become workers, and they are given shelter, food, water and they make a covenant saying i will work for you for this many years, than when the time is up they recieve their reward which they are given a home and they are sent to their own home, it was a really Good thing for the homeless people because they get fed and no longer have to sleep outside, and there was a rule if you were to whip or beat your servant, and this is where it got risky to beat your servant, if you strike your servant or your maid and they die, you are severely punished, but if he is okay for another day or two you wont be punished because he is the one who makes your money, but lets say you strike your maid or your servant, the bible says if they lose an eye because of it, or lose a tooth because of it, or lose anything because of it, then they are set free with their reward. So there were high rules, and it was in no way slavery, in American slavery the slave owners would lie to the slaves telling them the bible says they have to do this, but it was not until the slaves taugh themselves how to read and they opened up the bible and were able to expose their own masters. Amen And also when the bible says "God hardened pharoahs heart" it does not mean God literally hardened his heart, pharoah hardened his own heart before God because of how God embarrassed him, think of it like this, pharoah is considered God on earth, he had the greatest army in all of the world and you have this jewish man look him in the face and tell him to let my people go, he was not afraid, tell me how was that beta male? This was the best ever Fallen State Show.. Jesse asked some good questions but this was all about Ray and his outstanding work in helping people know the gospel and the Lord.
I agree 100%. I think what Jesse doesn't realize is that if he doesn't sin then at that point there's no reason for what Jesus did on the cross. He doesn't need God anymore. So if Christians don't sin after they're saved why do they need got it anymore. The answer is of course we send and need God more than ever to take the narrow road and try to be more Jesus like.

I have to give it up to this guy Ray, I don't even know him but after watching this I'm going to try to search for him and follow him because he seemed like a true man of God. I also love how he stood up for himself and dashed everyone of Jesse's track that he was trying to set him in. If there's one thing I took from this interview is that Jessy is truly a narcissist. This man just by knowing the Gospel made him look very small. he seriously needs to read the Bible because he's going by his own flesh and not what the word of God says! He is unique for sure. However, it's important to remember the big picture. Even though he has some extreme, stubborn opinions at times, he professes Jesus Christ and testifies he has been born again. He believes in repentance and has a very strong spirit of self-control. Again, yes, some of his opinions are bad but a lot of them are spot on too. Additionally, he has a lot of good old school character and personality traits that would also align biblically. This is of course taking everything at face value. Obviously, can't speak for someone's private life.
Yes, I agree that he has absolutely made up his own doctrine! The bible says of itself that it's a lamp to our feet and light to our path and that all scripture is God breathed and useful for teaching rebuking correcting and training in righteousness. This is my 1st time watching the fallen state (I’m already familiar with Ray & the LW ministry) but I’ve found this interview one of the best and entertaining. Jesse asked and had some great rebuttals and both were humorous. In the end it’s about preaching the gospel which Ray did & even gave Jesse a tract. I pray that this reaches more people & I’m thankful this showed up in my TH-cam suggestions.

My cousin, who is an atheist, sent this to me. This is one of the best interviews between a biblical "Christian" and a "professing" Christian I've ever seen. I actually thought the brotha was an atheist and the reason why my cousin sent me this, maybe he saw this as entertaining and humorous. But this answers so many things that we've gone over before. Praise be to God. This video covers a wide variety of questions we've talked about and, shows how a civil debate/discussion looks like at the same time can be a progressive debate/discussion. What if Jesse is echoing questions that he knows people are thinking to help the audience, and to test whether the guest is a true follower of CHRIST. The Bible is the word of GOD and from God. The Spirit of God, in those who've accepted Christ, is the inner witness of those words spoken by the Prophets and Jesus in the written Bible. Reading the physical Bible makes it easier for the Believer to recognise the real voice of God in their hearts. They always match. I love Ray Comfort.

@Art Alvarez A lot of people who call themselves free thinkers don't do the extensive research into why the God of the bible made the decisions that he made. It's also the epitome of arrogance for a finite, imperfect, dying being to judge an infinite, eternal living being who created all things & is "perfect". Not to mention that we're reading an English translation void of cultural setting and language. To truly understand many happenings in their true context, one would do well to understand the Hebraic culture. The "laws/Torah" was given to God's people, the Hebrews (and those who sojourned with them, which we understand as being "grafted in"). Of course looking at the God of scripture through Western eyes without an understanding of Hebraic culture, sin, death, ect. would cause them to be mistaken in their understanding of such things. I just see them as not being there yet, because they haven't truly researched extensively. If you're not going to believe the scriptures, at least be truthful & intellectually honest in your critique of what you read in the scriptures (meaning to truly understand why things happened). It's puzzling that one would rely upon their own self appointed righteous authority, while at the same time borrowing from the morality of the God of the bible in order to judge the God of the bible. That's the insanity of sin. I hope that made sense? It's late, and my brain is tired, lol.

Ile explain to you how servants worked back then in exodus, so a servant would go to a family, usually a rich family, and they would ask if they would be able to serve for the house, the woman would become maids the men would become workers, and they are given shelter, food, water and they make a covenant saying i will work for you for this many years, than when the time is up they recieve their reward which they are given a home and they are sent to their own home, it was a really Good thing for the homeless people because they get fed and no longer have to sleep outside, and there was a rule if you were to whip or beat your servant, and this is where it got risky to beat your servant, if you strike your servant or your maid and they die, you are severely punished, but if he is okay for another day or two you wont be punished because he is the one who makes your money, but lets say you strike your maid or your servant, the bible says if they lose an eye because of it, or lose a tooth because of it, or lose anything because of it, then they are set free with their reward. So there were high rules, and it was in no way slavery, in American slavery the slave owners would lie to the slaves telling them the bible says they have to do this, but it was not until the slaves taugh themselves how to read and they opened up the bible and were able to expose their own masters. And also when the bible says "God hardened pharoahs heart" it does not mean God literally hardened his heart, pharoah hardened his own heart before God because of how God embarrassed him, think of it like this, pharoah is considered God on earth, he had the greatest army in all of the world and you have this jewish man look him in the face and tell him to let my people go, he was not afraid, tell me how was that beta male? But other than that after moses told pharoah to let his people Go moses gave him a warning, and pharoah did not head the warning, and he kept denieing to let the people go, so than God sent the angel of death, and everyone that did not have the blood of the lamb ontop of there doors the angel of death would go inside and take away the soul of the firstborn, and everyone in egypt knew this, people that were getting ready helped others to get blood over their door post and warned everyone in the city, and those who did not head the warning lost their firstborn, so pharoahs child died, and this caused pharoah to harden his heart before God, its kind of like saying "This guy made me angry" he did not force you to be angry. than finally pharoah let Gods people go and they went across the red sea, and pharoah tried to run across the red sea with his army and kill the people he just let go, but God let the waters fall back down and the whole army was swallowed up.

This was the best ever Fallen State Show.. Jesse asked some good questions but this was all about Ray and his outstanding work in helping people know the gospel and the Lord.
I agree 100%. I think what Jesse doesn't realize is that if he doesn't sin then at that point there's no reason for what Jesus did on the cross. He doesn't need God anymore. So if Christians don't sin after they're saved why do they need got it anymore. The answer is of course we send and need God more than ever to take the narrow road and try to be more Jesus like.

As a reformed Christian and a fan of both I find some of Jesse's views frustrating.
It's the first time I've ever heard of Jesse and I can't work out if he's a believer or not but he certainly has some unbiblical beliefs and seems to have limited biblical literacy.
@@dejayne8246yeah, it's obvious that Jesse doesn't really understand the core Christian/Biblical doctrines. He's made up his own theology that makes no sense. And he's pretty stubborn, he will simply not listen to any other ideas from Christians.
He is unique for sure. However, it's important to remember the big picture. Even though he has some extreme, stubborn opinions at times, he professes Jesus Christ and testifies he has been born again. He believes in repentance and has a very strong spirit of self-control. Again, yes, some of his opinions are bad but a lot of them are spot on too.
Additionally, he has a lot of good old school character and personality traits that would also align biblically.
This is of course taking everything at face value. Obviously, can't speak for someone's private life.

Especially when he says that he doesn't need The Bible because The Word has been made flesh within him and therefore he already knows what God says. Except he obviously didn't read the verse that says the heart is wicked above all things and who can know it. I was actually surprised that Ray Comfort didn't mention that verse during that segment, it was the perfect opportunity. Jesse Peterson's heart has deceived him. He needs prayers.
The positive comments on Mr. Comfort is telling of his gentle yet bold spirit and love for Christ and his fellow man. Enjoyed this.

@@traceylok675 I can't speak for mi vida loca but to me Jesse is relying on his own sense of things a lot more than using the bible as his guide. The bible says of itself that it's a lamp to our feet and light to our path and that all scripture is God breathed and useful for teaching rebuking correcting and training in righteousness. (ps119.105 and 2Tim3.16)

It had hundreds of "Books" and a group of like 20 "leaders" decided what SHOULD go in to make a compilation and what shouldnt. It had 3 books all following the same time period of Jesus, yet all 3 are wildly different telling. So either you believe in a multiverse or a time traveling mark Paul and peter, or you see the bible is a tool to make man do what man wants you to do. Jesse says, gods real but you can only find him in your own heart, because that's the only source direct from god in tainted by man.

This is my 1st time watching the fallen state (I’m already familiar with Ray & the LW ministry) but I’ve found this interview one of the best and entertaining. Jesse asked and had some great rebuttals and both were humorous. In the end it’s about preaching the gospel which Ray did & even gave Jesse a tract. I pray that this reaches more people & I’m thankful this showed up in my TH-cam suggestions.

God uses us based on our personality and talents, just like Jesse for instance, he reaches a lot of people trough media and he is surrounded by young talented people that ensure that his message gets out there. The apostles had different personalities, like John, he was a hell fire preacher.
