Wally in the original ORAS (the final battle with him) is a superboss. He has Level 79 Pokémon and a Level 81 Mega Gallade and uses competitive methods such as Life Orb and Focus Sash for Items and competitive Abilities on Pokémon like having Gale Wings Talonflame. (Don't quote me on the last one I'm not 100% sure if it has Gale Wings)
Gothita Line isn't Psychic/Dark in this hack. That's kinda lame. That typing was a boost and it was really helpful in Blaze Black/2. They killed three of the Elite Four with that typing. Yes, I know its because of Dexnav.
Not to be rude, but look at the levels and Wallys fully evolved team. Rising Ruby and Sinking Sapphire are ROM backs that provide a higher challenge to players who want more of a challenge.

So if we add a mega we need replace any other mon 🙂 and 3ds rom hacking is not that much discovered
