This is perhaps where boxing differs from most martial arts. Boxing is generally aggressive but when focused the sweet science can be an art to execute. High IQ, laser focus concentration, unclogging mental clarity and acuity, preserving the body and mind for a 12 round fight. Definitely not Zen, but spiritual in the western sense.
