I buy pork butts when they are on sale, geind then, add that same leggs #10, stuff it in natural hig casing, smoke to 155 degrees and vacuum seal and freeze. Amazing smoked pork sausage. So love your channel and what you are passing on to you children!
Man this is great, having a fantastic relationship with the neighbors is brilliant. I've got a really good relationship with my neighbors, and it really makes things great but then we're all christians. Himalayan salt is from Pakistan, they have an amazing rock salt mine in the mountains where they make all kinds of stuff with that salt but not deer sausage 😂 great video 👍
All it takes is one bad neighbor to make you very aware of the fact that good neighbors are to be highly valued! We haven’t always been so fortunate……. But that makes us even more grateful!

I have terrible neighbors four properties down from my place who cause problems with selfish behavior so they've made a name for themselves in the entire community and it's not a good name either, but my direct neighbors are camp ground owners and they're great people. I help out with various things to help them and they help me out too which is great. The trouble making distant neighbors have been very quiet of late which pleases everyone 😆
