    Great breakdown of gymnastics rings! I remembered when I first tried doing ring dips and my arms started shaking like mad to stabilize!
    Looking forward to see phase 2 and phase 3 of the program! Will it also involve doing RTO's?

      Shouldn't be too long until the phase two video now! (Got another 2.5 weeks of training to go then I can start on the video)
      I'm pretty sure everything should involve RTO's for me, unfortunately I can't turn my right arm that way due to an old injury. All other movements seem fine so far though

    You gotta fix your pike pushup form before elevating your feet bro. Elbows shouldnt be flaring and head should be in front of your hands creating a right-angle. Makes them infinitely harder. Check out saturno movements vid if you're unsure

    Hi Swithers, the routine doesn’t clearly explain push to pull days, I’ve interpreted 2 and 2 as you have. What about phase 2+ 3 when do they kick in? Every 4 weeks? Thanks,your presentation was clear and concise. Well done.

      It's not clear, I think it means 4 or 5 weeks per phase. I did roughly six weeks of each phase but again personal choice
      Currently editing the final results and review video. Should clear up some questions hopefully

    Hey man love your content. How do you program the ring muscle ups into the bodyweighttribe program? Do you just do them at the start of the workouts?

      Thank you! I didn't program them into the program at all. I trained them separately sometimes before I started the main session though. But they seemed to get better naturally throughout the program without training them much specifically
      I've completely finished the program now and should be releasing a video soon with a full review of the program

      Glad to have you here! Been making them properly since about August/September last year now. This specific series I started in March, should have the next part coming out within the next week

    How many days a week is this program? Is it daily, push one day pull the next, or do you have rest days?

      That's one thing the program doesn't detail. So I decided to do 2 push and 2 pull each week, seems to have worked well so far. Finishing phase 2 this week!
