After seeing this, I need to see Steve host one😂😂
I'm glad you think so, I don't think I'd watch that one lol
I feel like Steve’s questions would be too hard on purpose. On the bright side we might finally find out the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow
It'd be a 5 hour episode...
@@Diesel_games Right? Steve would have a 20 minute story for each question lol. That being said, I'd love to see an episode with him hosting.
Yes!! Now it’s Steve or Ryan’s turn!!
Janis did a good job but he really made me realize how GREAT of a job Spencer does.. wow!!!
Brody testing the substitute on the first question with a hard prove it!
Google shows 5 lobes. 3 in back and 2 in front. ???
Great job!! We need another.
I was stoked I got New Brunswick correct!
Thanks for the New Brunswick shoutout Jani!
Great job and great questions.
I won this episode. I was pretty excited.
Awesome job jani!!!!
loved it!
I thought it was a great show. Good job all the way around. Only thing I’d like to see different for the show is each contestant has a board stating what their 500 dollars is gonna go to. So many different organizations can be looked at by the people viewing. Just brings more awareness to organizations that some might not have ever heard of. That makes everyone a winner.
That’s actually a really great idea.
Shut up. Can the boys just get together. The money is going to a good place regardless. Must you always find something to whine about.. don't respond. Walk away
@@devinpenfold2274 I wasn’t whining. I was making a suggestion as to be able to bring more awareness to multiple charities vs just the winner of the games. Or maybe introduce someone to a new charity they might not have heard of.
@@devinpenfold2274 burn your frozen pizza? Calm down over there..
I listen to the newest podcast every day they come out, and I'm almost completely caught up on all podcast episodes, but I enjoy being able to see the trivia episode even though I've already listened to it
I’ve been waiting for this ep for a while… I hope this is going to rock 👍👍👍🇨🇦
And after watching… wow.. fantastic game.. only got one answer right..congrats *******👍
We had a great time watching this episode! I got 4 questions right, including the tiebreaker. I was surprised that more people didn’t get it, but then again I reload.
Good job, Janis!
Dude he asked some great questions! I thoroughly enjoyed that
Thanks for the New Brunswick content. Canada's hunting and fishing little secret.
Great Job Janis! Was a good time :)
Good job Jani!!!
As a Nova Scotian I feel like the question about the gulf of st.Lawrence should have been worded differently. While New Brunswick borders Maine, all of the Maritime provinces and also Quebec lie between Maine and the Gulf.
I like that the place to go to safety from the building leaking gas is outside (and on top of) the building that is leaking gas
😮Playing games outside not the smartest thing to do! Because the course of events for a gas leak are the building fills with gas then blows up leveling the entire area. Love the show!
Nice questions Janis. I like the switch.
Never Shouted NB So loud at my ipad before!
Would anyone like to know how I got to 7250 for the last answer? It’s a long explanation. I have a muzzleloading .54 cal hawken rifle. An average grain charge for powder is about 50 grains. It comes in a plastic test tube. I’ve done it enough that I know the weight of it. I extrapolated that to grams, which I am an expert in….in college I used to buy 1 gram of weed at a time. I calculated a gram of weed would be about 25 grains from my eye test. Any pot smoker knows that there’s 3.5 grams in an eighth ounce of marijuana, a $60 bag. There’s 16 ounces to a pound. So here’s the math. 50/2=25 …. 25 x 30 is 700. 700 x 8 is 5600 times 16 is, well somehow I came up with 8000, then i rounded down to 7250. I have handled a lot of nugs. Not lying 😂
Janis, you can guest host any time!
Ya'll were nice to Spencer to give him a point for the "Chestnut" answer when the actual answer was "American Chestnut." Clearly with all the other species of non-native chestnuts that are represented in the US, "Chestnut" was not specific enough.
I had to come here to for the ending, the spotfy version cut off 😂
cinch knot
Shoutout to the broadcaster in the corner
I listened in the car coming to work and immediately got on TH-cam to watch the Gas Leak! lol. Great hosting Janis! Good win (Redacted for Spoilers)! And how does anyone not know Hatchet Jack?
I did the exactly the same thing 😂
NOOOOOOO YOU SPOILED THE ENDDD. I did the same but stopped to watch the rest
@@Frost3D44 Edited. 😁
you're a legend!@@offroadtek00
The tie breaker and Chestnut were the only ones I got.
Janis said a mountain lion paw prints second toe from the left would be leading the others. What he means is toe number 3 (like our middle finger) is the longest on both sides.
I said 150gr first and then change my answer to 180 because I thought it would include 300 Win mag and 30-06 because I thought they were referring to selling just the projectiles. If they would have said weight most popular including factory loads I would have said 150 because of .308 and 30-06.
YESSSS
Great episode! Listening to this in the background while I work on a Bozeman LiDAR project.
The anticipation of if he caught that beer or not was more than any question.
I can see Steve watching this with absolute joy seeing Brody lose😂😂😂
Being from NM I absolutely knew the one for highest capital because Denver claims to be the mile high city and Santa Fe blows them out of the water and even Albuquerque is at higher elevation 😏
That was a good game. I did absolutely terribler this time than most. But it was still enjoyable
Great job Janis! I'd love to play someday if you want to have an endangered species biologist as a guest
For a future episode: What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?"
Game on
The gas leak was a stunt to get us to go to TH-cam 😂
As a reloader, I was yelling at the tiebreaker.... I wouldn't have had a clue otherwise...
It was fun to watch Spencer play, but I miss his hosting. Janis did ok, but Spencer is just another level.
He's just had more practice. Janis misspoke a few times and I wondered if it was nerves a little or just being new at hosting that way
Atta boy Jani.
You gotta consider how many whitetail hunters shoot a 30-06 and the most common load you find in whitetail country is a 150 grain
Nice job Janis! I would let you guest host anytime.
Not surprised Brody is the type of guy to wear flip flops in public
Web hosting is not a one-size-fits-all solution - choose the one that meets your specific needs. 🤝🔍👀
Vinnie is calling Geoff a master. Woah, that was cool.
How is that guy in the back right corner (right in front of Phil), not Mark Kenyan???
Nice, Spencer has the more NPR smooth voice for this though.
I thought I was smart before this episode. Back to the drawing board
What if they already have the board game?
Us Midwesterners like 150 grain bullets.
Question 8. Geez. New Brunswick. How about Grouse and the best Woodcock migration on the planet!
Werent Cedar trees affected by a disease in the early 19th century?
Two minutes in, and Steve is pissed that Spencer puts Brody and Randall before him in describing players he’d be behind.
Please add a timer. There is way too much time for answers. Also Janis did a great job.
I find I'm 50/50 on the timer. Sometimes I feel like I'm waiting around. Other times I really enjoy the banter.
That's true some of the banter is good.
30 cal150 or 165
0 out of 11. I want Spencer back.
Skill issue
Roof receiver, catcher, pitcher?Sports aren’t my thing, but maybe it makes sense
Dude gets the roof receiver warmed up on underhand pitches and then throws overhand
WTH
Where’s cal?!
I would have guessed 10k grains Ina pound
Let’s keep rotating hosts. I want to see Cal host. He would have great conservation questions and all kinds of nuggets from his news stories.
And can hire a guide and catch Atlantic salmon
Del Gue has a hard G ;) like go. Not a J sound.
50:20
Sorry how does Spencer win with 2001 when there are 7000 grains in a pound? Am I on glue?
2001 is closer to 7000 than 1600 & 700
Ummm what about 7800? They’ve never done price is right rules
@@shaunfell8446 he wasn't in the tie breaker
Ahhh thank you! I was so hung up on the fact that nobody just knew the exact number that I forgot who was playing haha.
Same here! Glad I found this
What was the conversion the botanist used to get the grains in a lbs?
Channeling my inner Steve here, the first question/answer is inaccurate. Mountain lions have five lobes on the pad. Two facing forward three-facing rear.
Glad to see I wasn’t the only one! I was wondering why he didn’t include the front lobes.
Allways toss beer underhand...
Good guest host, but can't beat the original. Didn't do too bad 6/10 this week
Janis, you nervous dawg?
Wow. Can really get a solid idea of how bad a host spencer is. I always knew he sucked but this was an eye opener.
3 zero percenters I think. Great job though!
These questions were too janis specific, gotta have at least one person get one right. He knows nobody would have gotten 9
Janis is wayyyy better than spencer
No more guest hosts! Like watching paint dry
Wrong this was great
