These are really fun I love sittin down with a beer after work and playing along.
Cal is right. Poaching of the elvers is a major concern here in Nova Scotia. The province shut down the industry because of it for a while. Poaching got worse.
I need clarification on the term "mass measurements-" A contiguous object only has one mass.
Love Cal's digs on hot hands 😂🙌
When I heard the question about two broods I "in my mind" said whistleing duck. Glad to see that I was right. I'm 84 and never saw one but have read about them.
I have never missed and episode of trivia and this is my first time to ever watch it’s definitely not like how I pictured it being played
I believe that the correct answer to the antler question is actually “0”, because mass is a measurement of weight, not size.
I agree. The B&C scoring card doesn't even call it mass, they say circumference.
To get super technical, you can't really directly measure mass. You can derive it if you know the weight of something and the force of gravity. Weight changes based on amount of gravity while the mass is constant.
I'm sorry, Steve, the Helicopter Access guy? Gotta say, my impression in Steve-the-common-man is fading
I mean….he runs a multi million dollar media and equipment company
Oh Wow ! I would’ve won! I got 9 correct. The one I got wrong was the one that won it for Randall. Easily my best game ever! 😂😂
Ive istened to so many episodes its great to put faces to the voices usually its me and the dogs listening from our northern mn duck/deer/trapping camp you all are invited my gf thinks im a outdoor nerd because i do so well
Is mass not measured exclusively in Newtons?
LOVE the game got mine already!!!
I knew the one question because I remember the NASCAR race “The Pocono 500” is in Long Pond, Pennsylvania. 😂 It’s also a triangular oval track.
First time watching as I usually listen on my ride into work
Hot hands are popular with my teenage "cheerleader" daughter. We keep them in business.
We had some Whistlers in central Kansas last year!
Cal talks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even think.... LOL
I really feel like that is incorrect about for Mass measurements on any antler. Now I'm going to have to do some research cuz that's different than what I had already known
This game is pretty fun
I don't know what it says about me that I knew Son in Law before the clip.
100% in agreement with Cal over the "garbage" hand warmers
I have a question you guys may could ask. What is or is there a determining factor on the color of a deers antlers like genetics, age, diet or geo location? Just curious.
Ps. I have no idea, just thought it was a good question.
I think wagering points, 1, 2, or 3 on each question would add more drama… and Cal might win again! Skillet
I dont have thousands for clothing for every person. They give comfort.
Red onions are better for salads and certain sandwiches is because it's not as harsh
Spencer looks like Colter Wall
Cal has beef with hot hands????
Fun as always, but I can't help but think this show would be more relatable to the rest of the world if it were less American-centric. As a Canadian listener, it'd be cool to have more questions from around the globe. Thanks to the crew.
I saw a flock of 10 black bellied whistling ducks in Nebraska last winter on the ground. I thought they were some type of goose until I found them on google
A few years ago some guys killed some at a conservation area in Missouri as well.
29:46 This is an absurd statement. What cook just happens to know how many onions are produced in America?
Hot hands ain't what they used to be, I can tell you that.
So pump got 4 ,beat the Shelby index
Stop doing visual on on yt when you go to find it i often spoil answers
Nothing is a bigger let down than trivia wrapping up with two questions softer than Phil’s hands.
Very good 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🎆🎆🎆🎆
Mexico tree duck
Every time Cal plays trivia, the vibe in the room seems weird/off.
he doesn’t pair well with women it seems either
Hot hands are mostly useless but there are times they can be useful. Not everyone works with a high end outdoor clothing company and can get the correct clothing to be out in the cold. Honestly cal comes across more and more arrogant each episode and it's a bit off putting.
I think his comment that they’re trash is that it’s disposable (and only mildly useful). You can buy a rechargeable hand warmer for the same price as a pack of Hot Hands. You can control when they’re hot and not just crack em and they heat until they run out.
Hots hands keep me in the woods there cheap there small they don't weigh nothing they won't run out of battery power they aren't taking up all my pocket space I can have 2 in my gloves 2 in my boots ill take hot hands over a computer mouse in my pocket id just drop those out of my stand 😅
Damn it Cal
Well not everyone like single use items that just end up in the trash either. I like Cal, he never wants to give in to the cry babies
Cal is like that crazy old uncle that loves to argue about literally anything.
Fiiiiirst
4th?
Is it bad I knew the Pauly Shore movie before the question was fully read. Son in Law was one of my favorite movies when I was in pursuit of "higher" learning chasing the devils lettuce.
I knew his character name tight away. It took a couple seconds to get the movie name. Cra-awl
