I'm happy for you and I do know about that stress, we moved also and it was rough and I ended up getting Sciatica which is very painful but I'm starting feeling better, I'm going to PT twice a week.

I’ve gained 20 pounds and I always told myself if I gained 20 I needed to get myself back on track and yet today I got Starbucks and Taco Bell and togos…..I definitely feel the slide becoming an avalanche so I appreciate when you said there are pauses and restarts and that’s what I’m needing. @LaurenJansenww you can do it again. I have lost from the last 3 weeks and I gained 3 pounds. This past Wednesday at my ww meeting/workshop. I have been having trouble with my back. I have back pain now. I see my surgeon December 1st for another X-ray appointment and see what is next for me since my surgery on January 10, 2023.

I’m guessing you are moving to Texas. That’s HEB coffee and HEB stores are only in TX. We live in Allen, so the Dallas area.
