That is smart to freeze your cookie dough. I always run into the problem when I bake cookies is that people eat them the first day then they sit. I have to remind people they're there and eventually toss some out. Freezing would be a great no-waste way of handling that.

I love your egg steaming method. I also like a runny yolk, but when I flip it for over easy , a lot of time, it breaks or over cooks. Looks likes this old girl learned something new. Thanks!
