Right as the Knicks were about to cut John Starks from the Knicks in 91 during training camp, he suffered a injury during one of the final tryouts and NBA rules forbid teams from releasing injured players, so he was allowed to stay on the roster and eventually worked his way into becoming a starter and 1 time all star

So yes the Hornets had the pick, but as they wanted the starting centre they drafted Kobe for Lakers and traded on the day, so doesn't really matter. Effectively Kobe was a one franchise player as he only played for the Lakers.
Both spent their entire career with the Lakers, and their last chip was a back to back title
Another one for Kobe is that somebody years before the legend died, tweeted “Kobe’s going to end up dying in a helicopter,” responding to a article talking about Kobe and him always using a helicopter.

The biggest coincidence with kobe was that there was a cartoon that predicted his death 10 years prior with a helicopter falling from the sky and crashing into the ground with kobe in it.

I think the craziest by far was the year I forget maybe 2014 or so the Mavericks had 3 point guards on the roster at the same time and all 3 guys were born on the same exact day same year.

the only coincidences I didn't know about was the fact that every person Shaq played with when to the finals.
Where did you get that from? He said that since 1984 there has been at least 1 of shaqs former teammates participating in the finals. He didn't say that every shaqs teammate has made it to the finals

My two favorite athletes all time and my fathers. Jeter played his final game in Yankee stadium vs the orioles on Sept 25 my birthday and got the walk off hit. My dad would always take me to games in Baltimore to watch the Yankees. Kobes final game he dropped 60 and brought the Lakers back to win on my dad's birthday.
