    Fideocomiso the first year, around 2500 USD, the years after that, at least 600 USD and more, which is huge.

    Great information- I did my research with a local real estate company and was told the same information, so from my point of view if you are looking into buying, Hans has the info to help you out. Side note--- I don't know anyone in this video so you can trust i'm not trying to promote someone or agency.

    A point of clarification: cost of set up of bank trust, escrow, inspection, and if use lawyer are over and above the 6.5 percent correct?

    • @hanssellspv
      @hanssellspv  ปีที่แล้ว

      That is correct. It varies depending on purchase price but that is a good estimate to keep in mind

    As a buyer in PV you can expect about 6 percent in closing fees.

    You mentioned 10% down. I was under the impression that 30% was required.

    Is there a difference in closing costs/taxes based on citizenship, such as USA or Mexican citizenship status?

      very good question, if you are referring to capital gains yes there is and it is very important to understand and be aware.

    What about real-estate agent fees?

    • @hanssellspv
      @hanssellspv  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Great Question. Sellers/Developers are the ones who pay rea estate agent commission fees. So no need to worry when you are buying .

    Hi Hans, you giving us 4 to 6.5 % of cost to buy a property, can you tell me what the percentage cost may be when selling the property? Thanks and regards 👍

      Dennis! absolutely, I will actually make a video about it and go into details but approx 10% not including any capitol gain taxes which is why I will make a video about it
