Remember not to stop this and convert your development to real world use.

Did you install it in car for the real life test, Because the turbo is just sucking air in the way that a normal aspirated engine would do, also where there is a turbo there must be a cooler for getting the correc boost and performance from a car, Because when the engibe revs up the air intake from the turbo is greater than the pressure in each cylinder if the pressure is not calculated properly the piston rings or components in the cylinder head would blow off You can ask me, that who am i to ask these type of questions and give suggestions? Well im also a engineer like you who is working in R&D department and field test investigator for our indian racing brand company so only i wanted to comment this

As it is a draw thru setup. Where did u find carbon seals for the turbo? Or the turbo u chose had carbon seals instead of dynamic seals? Which turbo are you using. Pls update pls. Bcos im in the middle of blow thru setup, if i could find a carbon seal for a turbo. I would change my entire setup to draw thru
odds of blowing your engine are always high when you play around peek operating pressures....i would not recommend you to go beyond 6 psi... carefully do your wastegate settings..you might end up blowing your head gasket

Superb. But Compression Ratio' for petrol engine varies from 10:1 to 14:1. The petrol engine compresses the air & fuel with 10:1 to 14:1 ratio. The petrol engine mixes petrol with air & compresses this mixture in the combustion chamber. Normally engine intake .800 litter air fuel mixture value only. In firing stroke it will create presser in cylinder bore accordingly. If you are compressing the air fuel mixture by using turbo charger in to chamber. in power stroke it will create more presser and heat .it may damage piston and bore, connecting rod and bearings after fix the engine in vehicle. Becz manufacturer made it for 800cc only
it could increase chamber temp which means pre detonation will be there ....means engine head boom blast .thats why you guys are just boosting it for a while
Nishant Kundu come to our college...rev it till u get satisfied...it is but obvious that pumping more air and fuel would increase the temp...but turbocharging any NA engine is all about tuning....it's all tested with the oil cooler...bigger radiator !!

Turbo is just a type of compressor, it will just compress the mixture.. so there should be no problem unless boost becomes way too much that the engine blows...
This is no where comparable to either the German, American or Japanese engines. Indians have cars that are build for efficiency. Even our turbos won't spool up that high

Turbo needs high pressure of exhaust gases bcoz turbo only produce extra boost when engine exhaust pressure is higher then that turbo boost

manifolds are fabricated, and turbo is of chevy beat

Yuwanki Kharlukhi smaller turbo and proper waste gate setting will reduce the risks of "DANGER TO THE MANIFOLD"...😂😁

This test was done prior adding oil feed to turbo, so that's a oil feed bottle, 15 bhp increment

This a draw thru turbo setup so installing a intercooler will condense the airfuel charge in the intercooler

Mantrra Singh 2nd hand will work until it has good compression...i.e it should not leak compression...check plugs and everything

that thing does not work because if you add a turbocharger to a petrol engine especially those with carburator you will ruin the mixture
