Tyrone Morgan B-Movie torture porn is great lol. and found footage, if fine right, can be the scariest form of horror movie. It's just way overused, and poorly.
I have never seen a good found footage movie. Does anyone actually enjoy the Paranormal Activity movies? It's a medium that can't be done right, simply because it can't be done right!
I have never met anyone who thinks they're actually good. They entertain when you don't feel like using your brain, which is probably why they are so successful!
i liked 1 through 3 and still do. you could enjoy them for what they were... dumb zombie movies with lots of action. unfortunately all the films past that turned into the matrix with zombies.
Its going to be just as mediocre as the last ones, no series should keep going into its 13th film, yet people still go to these half baked cash grabs and continue to propagate the trash that Hollywood has been putting out.
get out is reallllllly good , loved it and the autopsy of jane doe is great loved it more in case you're watching comments looking for something to see 😊
Personally completely disagree, movie had so much potential but the second half was absolutely awful, the beast was one of the worst twists ever imo and absolutely ruined the movie, one of the only times I've ever wanted to get up and leave a theatre
PFF 2017 and still waiting for a horror movie that will make me think twice about entering a dark room.Missed the days I was younger and was scared easily 😢
Anyone still hoping for Halloween 10, Friday the 13th, and Jeepers Creepers 3 to actually come out? I've been hearing about these movies for so long I'd be surprised if they even exist.
I am except for Jeepers Creepers 3. I stopped watching Victor Salva films after learned he molested one of his child actors on set of one of his films.
If that is your criteria for not watching someone's movie (and I'm not disagreeing with that criteria), then you should probably consume Hollywood product a LOT less than you already do.
Horror movie sequels tend to be less scary. Especially if the person watching the film knows what to expect from the villain and has watched horror movies for almost 20 years. None of these movies are gonna be scary. Why? because their directed by people who have about as much experience with a horror film as a 17 year old film student who think jump scares still work. Paranormal Activity anyone?
That's because "Horror" movies tend to be catered towards the casual movie goers, which is why Paranormal Activity was so successful. It appealed to the lowest common denominator
I use to be the biggest fan of the Amityville franchise but ever since it was 99% debunked I can't watch any of the films anymore the mysticism has be completely lifted.
Kam agree. the Conjuring and insidious are more then average and although the formula may be redundant the directors of these film tell a good story. I hate slasher movies not because of the gore but because most of the time the back story with the actors are horrible and you have characters in each of these movies more unlikeable then the previous dead from the neck up movies and the directors so predictable then each previous ones. Slashers= pass. But the lame jump scare that directors use in horror scenes for no reason have to go. Agree on that point. Also lame sequels like sinister 2 that sleepwalk for 84 minutes and ride the previous movies coattails isn't a trend worth repeating outside of just the Conjuring movies, the Insidious movies( so far ) and there are a few others I can't bring to mind at the moment and one last thing. What's with movies going from 2 hours years ago, to 90 minutes and now most at 85 to 82 minutes?? Lazy screenwriting and directing. Most of these are a cautionary sign to a movie fan that there isn't much to see to enjoy so they edited the shir outta maybe 30 minutes of usable film. I hate in an already short movie when the reviewer says it takes awhile to get going but is otherwise good. Huh? I have to wait 40 minutes to be able to enjoy 40 more minutes and five minutes of credits to enjoy?? Big pass.
CameronZimos I watch everything for free on my Kodi app... No bootleg at all... I'm able to watch a few movies also at least three days before they come out
I dont trust any horror movie thats rated PG-13. If it isnt psychologically, gory, violent, or disturbing enough to get an R rating.....I dont want to watch it.
The new It is suppose to follow the book very closely. Unlike the original movie Pennywise will just be one of many forms that It takes. They have the Leper in the new film and I am excited about that. It is going to be split into 2 movie though. The first movie will take place in the 1980's and the 2nd movie will take place in modern time following the characters in their adulthoods. The only major change from the book is that it does not take place in the 1950's and 1980's. I a fine with this change since I was born in the 1980's and can relate to growing up in that decade, unlike the 1950's.
Thank you, IT takes many more forms than pennywise and some spider thingy.... IT's older than earth. The story is more lovecraftian than what showed up in the old movie for sure. Can't wait to see this reboot show the whole story. I am just starting to read the original while I work through audiobook.
The face of the clown in the storm drain was white, there were funny tufts of red hair on either side of his bald head, and there was a big clown smile painted over his mouth. If George had been inhabiting a later year, he would of surely thought of Ronald McDonald before Bozo or Clarabell. The clown held a bunch of balloons, all colours, like gorgeous ripe fruit in one hand. He was wearing a baggy silk suit with great big orange buttons. A bright tie, electric blue, flopped down his front and on his hands were big white gloves, like the kind Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck always wore.
Awesome news!!! I had no idea that there will be another Friday the 13th reboot! Also, we finally get to see the return of Saw. Last time I checked on Wiki there was no news or any mention about a potential sequel release so it's great to hear that it will finally happen. And btw, Hoffman better be alive. Also, we have The Mummy, Insidious, Alien. So many must see movies.
Hellraiser is getting a soft-reboot/sequel this year and it's sounds somewhat interesting. Though, I don't think they should have re-cast Pinhead twice, because no one else can play him.
DJ Ninja I thought they were doing a Halloween movie but with it coming out in 2018 though not sure. I also had heard they were coming out with a Hellraiser movie, and from what I last heard Clive Barker will be involved in the movie again.
Thugnificent I know. But it was also made with well known actors who were popular at the time. Unfortunately remakes tend to use unknowns and they ended up screwing the movie with their shit acting. Plus I can't see anyone being as frightening as Tim Curry was as Pennywise. I've been hearing about this remake for a while now and was super psyched but now I'm wondering if it will ever be released. Never a good sign when they have to make all these changes to complete the project.
Anyone else stoked for It and A Cure For Wellness? Honestly, those are the only two I'm looking forward to, and frankly I'm hoping this year will be better than last year. SERIOUSLY!
The Resident Evil Series has really not been bad at all. There were a few lags but no real duds and this final chapter is going to clean the fuck up!! Very excited. I love you forever, Mila!!!!
I really want to see A Cure for Wellness. Looks like an interesting take of the psych ward type genre, some of the stuff in the trailer looks like distinctly lovecraftian stuff.
i had no idea Prometheus was even in the alien universe... it looked like a boring generic sci fi flick. what the hell are they doing with the alien franchise?
I'm intrigued by the lesser known movies on the list. The joel scumacher one might be interesting: probably too stylish for its own good, and the director doesn't inpire me much, but hey, it sorta looks different.
johno doh I for one have been waiting on an IT remake since I watched the original back in the 90's. Friday the 13th is another that sounds like it will be interesting showing us Jason's origins in the new movie, I will say it's about time they show that. Aliens: Covenant also looks to be interesting and I knew that Prometheus was a prequel to Aliens and it felt like an Aliens in setting and such, just lacked the Xeno morphs till the end of it, which I expected since it was showing their origins.
At first, I was upset about a new film for Stephen King's IT but I finally finished the novel & realized that mini-series did not do it justice. Yes, Tim Curry is good but that's about it. Can't wait to see it now
JAWAADYBAR I feel if the critics hate it, that's enough to believe it will be a fairly good movie imo. The movies critics seem to love I generally find to be some of the most drivel ever made.
Don't make a title that states what's gonna happen before it happens, I recall people praising Suicide Squad and BatmanvSuperman before it came and they both ended up being pretty shit movies
I am not. I stopped watching movies from the director of the Jeepers Creepers films after learning that he molested a child actor on set of one of his films.
Chaoitcme I would rather be a mature adult and not steal the films with torrents like some immature delinquent would do. I will pay to watch them if the movies are good like a mature and respectable adult would do.
Good video but you left out Chucky and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Also - unconfirmed for 2017 - The Collection recently started updating social media banners and profiles.
Jackie Brief ジャッキーブリーフ I've been waiting for a long while for this movie! I'm pretty excited, I grew up watching the Friday the 13th franchise so I'm glad that they are going to explain in depth his origin.
most of them seem awfully safe... Horror is at its best when it's unsettling, unexpected and long running franchises are not good at that. As a rule, if the high brow crowd is hyyped by a horror flick (or a blockbuster), it is worth looking into. Of course, arthouse movies usually prove interesting when the casual audience is hyped. It's not a perfect system, but it saves time.
Heroaftermath i agree... exept insidious wasnt bad honestly . it had alot of ideas and took a veiew that hasnt been seen in a while . otherwise agree 100%
also, these are mostly psychological thrillers, not horror films. alien covenant is sci-fi. mummy is more action adventure. like are you guys a bunch of sissies or something. no wonder these movies get bad reviews and hated as "horror" movies when they are marketed incorrectly.
you're acting like horror is a narrow genre. Horror is very broad. That's why there's sci fi/horror, action/horror, comedy/horror, etc. Thriller and horror overlap a lot as well. You must be the kind of person who thinks Friday the 13th is the "standard" for horror and the 80s slashers are considered the "Classics"
no not at all. i'm just saying alien covenant is more of a straight up sci-fi and mummy is more of a straight up action adventure. and a lot of people in general say movies like "babadook" were terrible because they were expecting a "creature feature" but it's a psychological horror. i'm saying there's a difference between thrillers and horror. i'm not saying friday the 13th is the standard cor horror or 80s slashers are or anything. i'm saying classify them for what they are. i get that horror is a broad genre of film but i wouldn't consider half this list as "horror". like split? i watched it, wasn't really scary at all. it wasn't really a horror it was more of one of those "make you think" movies.
Zayloxithe The Mummy is supposed to be like the original Mummy movie which was a horror movie with action in it. To put Alien: Covenant as a sci fi movie and not horror, your saying the older Aliens movies are not horror but are Sci Fi since they seem to be the same in regards to scare attempts. Also thrillers are seen as horror movies, I don't know a thriller that isn't classified as horror to an extent.
I saw split as well that was definitely a horror movie and it was awesome. Probably gonna be the best horror movie of 2017. those " make you think" horror movies are the best and that's why The Witch was the best horror movie of 2016. Horror movies should make you think since it makes them more interesting and they tend to have good atmosphere. Most movies "horror" fans like are just garbage jump scare movies. And lets be real here, what kind of adult in 2017 actually gets scared while watching horror movies??
I just never saw the big deal about most of these horror movie, the closest to thing to Horror I actually find entertaining is Aliens(which I love) and that's it. The rest of these slasher films and ghost stories are garbage foolishness.
Bri Lynnx Yeh defo. without John in them, they don't make sense anymore. N aren't exciting anymore. I can't see how or why their making another saw film. I hate it wen films are milked dry. like the next pirates of the Caribbean. The last one was supposed to be worlds end. Google it anyone that doesn't believe me.
Resident Evil: I never liked those movies Split: was an amazing movie Amity: a new amity!!! omg!!! I CAN'T WAIT! Annabelle: umm I won't go to theaters to see it It: I love them old movies!!! FT13: OMG!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSS!! Insidious: They just made too many of those Saw: Crap! I'm not allowed to watch it
Jesus Christ they aren't great but there are tons of movies worse that people think are good. I liked them, they are very entertaining but that said I don't find them the least bit scary though, but would rather watch Resident Evil than say Insidious, Annabelle, Conjuring, or a ton of other popular horror movies. Resident Evil while not good is better than all the crap movies I named easily.
Why wanna see a horror movie when horror games are scaryer- disturbing etc. ... .hmm?.. Ehrmm and Japanese horror movies are way more disturbing/ worser/ whatever you want to call then this ''Hollywood'' crap. To be honest when i see a horror movie made in Hollywood i just see an action movie with some gore and very very few jumpscares... Orrr do i have ''maybe'' some kind of psycho problem?? PLZZZZ dont kill me plssssss donnnnnnt, i didnt dooo anything wrooong.... AAAAAAAAAaarrgggghhh -help-. . . . . . .
I saw "Split" two days ago and "LOVED" it!!!! James Mcavoy was mind blowing! After seeing it I couldn't imagine anyone else playing the part. I'm looking forward to "IT" but I'm not into the new Pennywise look. The other movies, except "The Mummy" I'm not interested in
After seeing this video. I am happy to report... I am safely still in my seat, I have not been blown away.
thanks fam
LOL
Weston Hamilton nowadays is fake horror
same
Jeeper creepers 3?
The Cult of Chucky?
Halloween returns?
Leather Face?
What a Weirdo. Dummy, those movies are coming out! He forgot to mention those.
Actually, aside from Chucky, they are all awesome movies.
inez tunez yassssss
Vickel Gaming r
inez tunez these are coming next year apparently
Please. No more ghosts. I just want to see some new slasher flick. No more torture porn. No more found footage.
Tyrone Morgan yes please 🙏🏼
Tyrone Morgan B-Movie torture porn is great lol. and found footage, if fine right, can be the scariest form of horror movie. It's just way overused, and poorly.
I have never seen a good found footage movie. Does anyone actually enjoy the Paranormal Activity movies? It's a medium that can't be done right, simply because it can't be done right!
Isn't slasher flick also torture porn?
shrekislove1289 No torture porn is specifically SAW or Hostel type movie were victim is tortured.
We need *28 Months Later*!
Steve Zion yes we do 🤗🤗
yes . it's good movie. Hopefully there will be a 3rd movie about that.
Its been a long time since I seen a actual zombie movie other than Resident Evil, in theatres.
Best horror movies have not been coming from Hollywood in years.
Aivottaja You haven't seen deadpool then.....
I haven't. But that's not a horror movie.
Haha it was a joke.....watch it..its a great movie😀
I've been meaning to. But honestly, I'm not too crazy about DP (heh). Too much 4th wall breaking and invincibility.
Comon bro try it m pretty sure u'll love it....its funny
I feel bad for people who think the Resident Evil movies are good.
James Porter we are more excited for this one not because it will be good (it wont) but because is the last one, so, no more shitty RE movies
James Porter i mean, i know they aint that good and the acting is cheesy, but I like them cuz of Milla and the fight scenes too
James Porter You're placing the wrong kind of expectation to an Action Movie based on an ever more actiony game.
Split wasn't a horror movie, but more of a psychological thriller.
Willow Rose fucking amazing tho
you know its gonna be a bad horror year when you put a resident evil movie on a top list.
Duff The duff Resident Evil is great and creepy so it deserves to be in a toplist
Duff The duff shut up
Duff The duff it was actually really good you dont have to be such a bitch
Suaibah Sumaita Khan dl d jJsuhssysh
1:45 life hack for rings:

sandy098 i know right
System crashed.
sandy098 Lol
sandy098 or watch half the vid and break the thing
I am so looking forward to a new Friday the 13th!
Steve Ramsey I'am just hope its a more intense and better film.
Its going to be just as mediocre as the last ones, no series should keep going into its 13th film, yet people still go to these half baked cash grabs and continue to propagate the trash that Hollywood has been putting out.
TheBravery767 Yes, but JASON!!!
Steve Ramsey it's cancelled so it's not coming out
stop censoring things like swearing this is the internet, not fucking tv.
Master Bait Tour *not ******* tv*
I guess they don't want to get an age restriction which could limit the view count.
Too much swearing just gets tedious
when everyone swears the swear words lose their novelty... so its nice to not hear them so much so when you hear them its like HELL YA!
And if he didn't then sad parents would report him and he would be forced to mark his videos as basically being adult content... grow up.
We seriously need Freddy Vs. Jason 2 (and NOT as a comic)
***** if it does happens, it would probably feature either Jackie Earle Haley as Freddy, or someone new
I saw the Confession film a while ago. Damn, he was great. I might have to check out 'Krueger', then
Why? the first one was really bad and not remotely scary.
It was awesome and i dont feel like there are many movies that are genuinely scary anyway so i dont fault it for that
Lewis 'RamboAxMan' Ramsden Freddy vs Jason vs ash lol
Get Out was one of the best movies of the past ten years
Aiden Ferry yeah it's just above split for my fav movie ever
i agree
get out
is reallllllly good , loved it
and the autopsy of jane doe is great loved it more
in case you're watching comments looking for something to see 😊
Jane Doe, Ouija-Origin-of-Evil both are amazing and this year my fav is Annabelle
Who else came here for IT..?!
shahbaz faiz same. My most anticipated horror movie of 2017.
kp. Hell yeah. That movie looks dope as fuck.
Maximum Matrix dude I got a fear of clowns cause of IT I can't wait to see this and split was an amazing movie defenitly worth the watch
oh boy is it gonna suck ass.
CHARGED UP still looks better than the first one... The story might not be better but the clown looks better
Can I just recommend to watch the Movie Split. It's freaking scary!
Must watch movie this year
RJ and PAULA scared me to death with his multiple personalities
the ending had me so hyped
RJ and PAULA I really enjoyed the movie! It was much better than I expected
Personally completely disagree, movie had so much potential but the second half was absolutely awful, the beast was one of the worst twists ever imo and absolutely ruined the movie, one of the only times I've ever wanted to get up and leave a theatre
RJ and PAULA But isn't it M. Night Shamalyan? He doesn't make good movies. He created a great premise though.
I'm just waiting for The Predator to make a return in 2018.
Is it actually coming back or just something u want to happen?
Its official. Movie is titled The Predator. I know nothing about it and I want everything to do with it :]
Directed by Shane Black, and staring Olivia Munn. Hmmm
Inept Jedi if she is the protagonist thats gonna fight the predator, then the movie is already fucked.
+Duff The duff well I'm gonna watch it just for predator and that's all
IT can be a huge hit or a big miss but it's the most anticipated horror movie because many people want to get the adaptation right
richard Lai it was a great movie
best movie 2017 if you ask me
PFF 2017 and still waiting for a horror movie that will make me think twice about entering a dark room.Missed the days I was younger and was scared easily 😢
Yiorgios Vazouras I can't wait for Jeepers Creepers 3
If that is your criteria for not watching someone's movie (and I'm not disagreeing with that criteria), then you should probably consume Hollywood product a LOT less than you already do.
MrGrimjaw I thought John Carpenter was producing?
MrGrimjaw aa
What horror flick are you most looking forward to this year?
Looper wassup
Looper IT
Looper Still waiting for a good one. Lying ass list.
Looper Feminism.
I'm sorry but I don't think any of these are actually going to be good.
Horror movie sequels tend to be less scary. Especially if the person watching the film knows what to expect from the villain and has watched horror movies for almost 20 years. Yeash but the Saw platform is bui;t on ever changing death machines, so as long as the director can make a new one it might as well keep going
I use to be the biggest fan of the Amityville franchise but ever since it was 99% debunked I can't watch any of the films anymore the mysticism has be completely lifted.
Christopher Doxtator I agree, lol.
Christopher Doxtator it was debunked? the hoax thing you mean?
yes it was proven to be a hoax, it was debunked... as a real haunted house
+Christopher Doxtator I thought you were talking about the actual murders at first ha. I was thinking 'pretty sure the murders actually happened'.
Christopher Doxtator so the Warrens were in on it too? lame. I always felt them to be legit
Insidious 4 is gonna be freaking awesome!.
Friday the 13th has been canceled
Zalistarr no shit
I wanted to see that movie WHY DID THEY CANCEL THE MOVIE

I'll believe it when I see it
+sol jwf believe what?
A Friday the 13th movie coming out this year
people still pay money to see a bunch of jump scares and loud noises?
CameronZimos not all movies are like that

CameronZimos I watch everything for free on my Kodi app... No bootleg at all... I'm able to watch a few movies also at least three days before they come out
CameronZimos i get a loud noise when i knock on my baby mommas door and a jump scare when she opens it.
I dont trust any horror movie thats rated PG-13. If it isnt psychologically, gory, violent, or disturbing enough to get an R rating.....I dont want to watch it.
"Blumhouse rarely makes bad productions." .......LOL
In the US it feels like we are already living in a horror movie with Donald in the WH!
ACETYGRA except we aren't because he's doing a good job...
C t g s l a y e r aaand he's bombed a Syrian airbase
Firey Frost and?
Firey Frost Bombed a Syrian airbase because they were using chemical weapons against their own people
Would love to see IT be more like the books with more explanation of what IT is but with less hatefull people in it.

The first movie is complete garbage. So, even if the fuck up the remake it will be better than the original.
I already wanted to see Get Out, now that I know Jordan Peele directed it i want to see it more. That's so interesting he directed a horror film
dominique p my thoughts exactly.
Resident evil Final Chapter...will not blow anyone away.
it will just Blow
Split wasn't a horror movie, it's a really low key thriller
I can't WAIT for A Cure For Wellness! Looks so amazing and unique!
Resident evil???? Blow everyone away?? U got to be kidding.. profit doesn't equal quality.. smh
Amby3060 its actually pretty good dont have to be such a bitch
It was a good movie as well as trilogy but it wasnt mind blowing.
Amby3060 It's my most favourite movie..
I wish they made a Dead silence 2
I'm looking forward to seeing Big trouble in little China 2!!!
Rings, Saw, Amittyville, Split, Resident Evil,
The Mummy is what i'll most likely see.
Anyone 2018 or 2019?
split was very good.
Future World yes
I hope there will be a Slenderman movie.

Slender man movie lol it will be fucking terrible
gta4life XD Never

Remake, sequel, forced extension of a dead or dying franchise... ugh.
Orrimarrko66 Cry about it or watch the originals again
Orrimarrko66 not all of them...
Awesome news!!! I had no idea that there will be another Friday the 13th reboot! Also, we finally get to see the return of Saw. Also, we have The Mummy, Insidious, Alien. So many must see movies.
Split is a sequel to one of Shyamalan's best films... so the prediction it would blow people away was damn accurate. O_O
bring back a Hellraiser movie or Michael myers movie
Hellraiser is getting a soft-reboot/sequel this year and it's sounds somewhat interesting. Though, I don't think they should have re-cast Pinhead twice, because no one else can play him.
There might be a Michael Myers movie coming out this year. I don't know WHEN though.
DJ Ninja I thought they were doing a Halloween movie but with it coming out in 2018 though not sure. I also had heard they were coming out with a Hellraiser movie, and from what I last heard Clive Barker will be involved in the movie again.
he'll raiser definitely the first two were great
what a joke Thumbnail.
Brandon Reed "Oh nooeeez!!! He doesn't look like the ORIGINAL IT'S GOING TO SUUUCK ZOMG FAILZ!!!"
The Joker I'm gonna be so pissed if they fuck up my favorite horror movie. Some movies just can't be made better. They are perfect the way they are.
The bitch is back ! The old one was made for TV so maybe they'll make it more darker and twisted since it'll be in theaters
Brandon Reed no
there is gonna be a remake of IT
Thugnificent I know. But it was also made with well known actors who were popular at the time. Unfortunately remakes tend to use unknowns and they ended up screwing the movie with their shit acting. The Resident Evil Series has really not been bad at all. There were a few lags but no real duds and this final chapter is going to clean the fuck up!! Very excited. I love you forever, Mila!!!!
99% of these are going to be recycled, 1 star, shit movies, and everyone knows it.
papagorgio23 get out split a cure for wellness were the best horror movies i have seen
BerserkGaming agreed
papagorgio23 you're right about split and rings
papagorgio23 not IT. that will be a hit and you know it
Harley Quinn It was great
I'm confused as to why Rings (The Ring) is being remade. I feel as though a remake is unnecessary.
lovemyslowee, Rings is a sequel, not remake.
I don't think any remake of It will be scarier than the original, man.
Sam DelaRosa it is not a remake, it's a better adaptation of the book than the shitty miniseries
I'm excited for the Suspiria remake.
Sam DelaRosa its based of the book rather than the movie. although Tim Curry did great im excited for Bill
Sam DelaRosa the original it movies sucked. Don't let nostalgia blind you. Also the new one is staying closer to how the book was
Sam DelaRosa the new one was wayyyyyyyyy more scary than the first
I really want to see A Cure for Wellness. Looks like an interesting take of the psych ward type genre, some of the stuff in the trailer looks like distinctly lovecraftian stuff.
Split was a HUGE comeback! I think we've yet to see Shyamalan's prime
Alien looks kinda interesting but then again meh.. .
The rest? Sequels and remakes ?.Fuck them, not worth the money or the time.
But aliens doesn't have Ridley in it no sigourney weaver I don't think it would be good without her
i had no idea Prometheus was even in the alien universe... it looked like a boring generic sci fi flick. what the hell are they doing with the alien franchise?
johno doh You do realize that covenant is a SEQUEL of Prometheus, right? . . . Right?
I'm intrigued by the lesser known movies on the list. The joel scumacher one might be interesting: probably too stylish for its own good, and the director doesn't inpire me much, but hey, it sorta looks different.
johno doh I for one have been waiting on an IT remake since I watched the original back in the 90's. Friday the 13th is another that sounds like it will be interesting showing us Jason's origins in the new movie, I will say it's about time they show that. Aliens: Covenant also looks to be interesting and I knew that Prometheus was a prequel to Aliens and it felt like an Aliens in setting and such, just lacked the Xeno morphs till the end of it, which I expected since it was showing their origins.
all these pg-13 remakes
467sprite resident evil is MA
Get Out is rated R. And not a remake
Why wasn't the new movie of chunky mentioned?
to be fair i would say "because its bad" but most of these where too.
Ozkar Winter Is chucky even a horror movie?
The Mystic Unicorn the original childs play were horror while bride and seed of chuckey where horror comedys
Happy Clown i loved Chucky and his wife XD They were lit those were my favorite horror movies Oh and Chucky's son
Ozkar Winter CHUNKY😂😂 I've never watched the child's play movies cause chucky scared the shit out of me. What is the whole movie even about?
I came here to see if Get Out would be on here. It is. And it absolutely blew me away.
Split isn't scary but it's really really good. I recommend it!!
Rings was absolute shit.
Your right
It really was
so many shitty cash grabs
IT! YEEEEEY!
Having watched it, I can wholeheartedly confirm Split was REALLY GOOD
At first, I was upset about a new film for Stephen King's IT but I finally finished the novel & realized that mini-series did not do it justice. Yes, Tim Curry is good but that's about it. Can't wait to see it now
saw Legacy and pennywise the dancing clown remake is not going to go well for the critics.
JAWAADYBAR I feel if the critics hate it, that's enough to believe it will be a fairly good movie imo. The movies critics seem to love I generally find to be some of the most drivel ever made.
JAWAADYBAR I don't care. IIIIIIIIITTTTTTT!!!
Annabelle was boring as fuck
datsweetsansabooty not scary at all, big disappointment
datsweetsansabooty Yeah it was total shit. I hate wasted potential.
It was amazing and scary , I loved Annabelle, and the sequel have the potential to be even better.
Ruben4715 Seriously? You actually found that scary? Have you ever seen Child's Play (1988)? A film almost 30 yrs old is way better.
Yes it was scary, and I have seen Childs Play many times , the two movies are very different and I like them both.
Don't make a title that states what's gonna happen before it happens, I recall people praising Suicide Squad and BatmanvSuperman before it came and they both ended up being pretty shit movies
I write horror fiction novels and am extremely jaded when it comes to horror movies. I don't ever get excited. But. I . Am. Excited this year!
I'm really really scared 😱 Will Hollywood ever stop making horror reboots, remakes, sequels and prequels?
split was fantastic but not really a horror movie
Another SAW...? Why..?
Because if you have ever watched the films and understand the story and all the theories then you would know why :)
Imersiion I have... And I still wonder.
There pretty much doing it for the fans because they owe the fans many answers to many questions
Cause they're great
because saw is cool😎
Jeepers creepers I am so looking forward to
I am not. I stopped watching movies from the director of the Jeepers Creepers films after learning that he molested a child actor on set of one of his films.
Chaoitcme that will keep me from liking him, but if he makes good movies I will watch them since so few director's these days make good movies.
Torrent his films. Don't spend money on his films. Just steal them like he stole the innocence from the child actor he molested.
Chaoitcme I would rather be a mature adult and not steal the films with torrents like some immature delinquent would do. I will pay to watch them if the movies are good like a mature and respectable adult would do.
Okay but The Cure for Wellness was amazing and really made you question what we consider a healthy mind and a happy life.
Good video but you left out Chucky and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Also - unconfirmed for 2017 - The Collection recently started updating social media banners and profiles.
Where is cult of chucky?
Bernie Katzroy Ngl I don't think it looks that promising
saw
Dustin Flanagan do you mean jigsaw.
Friday the 13th!!!
Jackie Brief ジャッキーブリーフ I've been waiting for a long while for this movie! I'm pretty excited, I grew up watching the Friday the 13th franchise so I'm glad that they are going to explain in depth his origin.
For those of you whom havent seen Resident Evil The Final Chapter, it is a very amazing movie and I highly recommend watching it.
cant WAIT for October!!! Friday the 13th and Saw: Legacy
How is rings new its been out already
Kayla Terrell The newest one coming out.
Some of these actually look kinda lame to be honest. Guess I'll have to wait and see though.
most of them seem awfully safe...
"Rarely makes bad horror movies." Paranormal Activity and Insidious are all trash.
Heroaftermath get out was still pretty good though
Heroaftermath i agree... exept insidious wasnt bad honestly . it had alot of ideas and took a veiew that hasnt been seen in a while . otherwise agree 100%
Fun fact:Paranormal activity was a huge succes.
But i agree with your opinion about insidious.
wow really? i loved the paranormal activity series!!
Heroaftermath that's your personal opinion dumbass
My top horror movies were all on here! get out, split, a cute cure for wellness, alien covenant! I'm so excited uggggghhhh can't wait oooohhhh and it!
I will admit, "A Cure For Wellness," Looks like a GREAT movie..
also, these are mostly psychological thrillers, not horror films. alien covenant is sci-fi. mummy is more action adventure. like are you guys a bunch of sissies or something. no wonder these movies get bad reviews and hated as "horror" movies when they are marketed incorrectly.
you're acting like horror is a narrow genre. Horror is very broad. That's why there's sci fi/horror, action/horror, comedy/horror, etc. Thriller and horror overlap a lot as well. You must be the kind of person who thinks Friday the 13th is the "standard" for horror and the 80s slashers are considered the "Classics"
no not at all. i'm just saying alien covenant is more of a straight up sci-fi and mummy is more of a straight up action adventure. and a lot of people in general say movies like "babadook" were terrible because they were expecting a "creature feature" but it's a psychological horror. i'm saying there's a difference between thrillers and horror. i'm not saying friday the 13th is the standard cor horror or 80s slashers are or anything. i'm saying classify them for what they are. i get that horror is a broad genre of film but i wouldn't consider half this list as "horror". like split? i watched it, wasn't really scary at all. it wasn't really a horror it was more of one of those "make you think" movies.
agreeeee
Almost all these look like shit
James Wan master of horror? Master of cheap jump scares
Nah. Hes a beast. James wan has made the best horror movies. Yea there r jump scares but he really wants to build characters
my favorite James wan movie is saw
definately looking forward to cure for wellness. Dan is an amazing actor, and is A+ with horror movies.
I LOVED SPLIT!! The twist ending is very unsatisfying because I have not seen the thing that you need to see to understand
these all look terrible.
I just never saw the big deal about most of these horror movie, the closest to thing to Horror I actually find entertaining is Aliens(which I love) and that's it. The rest of these slasher films and ghost stories are garbage foolishness.
Too many saw movies.
Bexy Cox the truth has been spoken
Resident Evil: I never liked those movies
Split: was an amazing movie
Amity: a new amity!!! omg!!! I CAN'T WAIT!
Annabelle: umm I won't go to theaters to see it
It: I love them old movies!!!
FT13: OMG!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSS!!
Insidious: They just made too many of those
Saw: Crap! I'm not allowed to watch it
annabelle 2, it, get out and a cure for wellness looks promising Can't wait
resident evil movies are garbage enough said!
They are popcorn flicks,if you go in expecting anything else, you will get disapointed everytime.
Jesus Christ yes they are. Complete and utter garbage.
Jesus Christ The 80s were the best like Halloween
Why wanna see a horror movie when horror games are scaryer- disturbing etc. ... .hmm?.. Ehrmm and Japanese horror movies are way more disturbing/ worser/ whatever you want to call then this ''Hollywood'' crap. To be honest when i see a horror movie made in Hollywood i just see an action movie with some gore and very very few jumpscares... Orrr do i have ''maybe'' some kind of psycho problem?? PLZZZZ dont kill me plssssss donnnnnnt, i didnt dooo anything wrooong.... AAAAAAAAAaarrgggghhh -help-. . . . . . .
Madrush you need help
Madrush Wow,I know this is old but a psychotic disorder isn't anything to joke about.
Horror movies? not anymore, those were shit so far.
we want REAL horror films, not jump screams!
get out, Split, and a cure for wellness all were good can't wait for iiiiiit
I saw "Split" two days ago and "LOVED" it!!!! James Mcavoy was mind blowing! After seeing it I couldn't imagine anyone else playing the part.
I'm looking forward to "IT" but I'm not into the new Pennywise look.
The other movies, except "The Mummy" I'm not interested in
