All television is watched by children. TV people know that -- because American broadcasting is legally considered to be in the public realm -- whatever is being done on TV has the same status as if it were being done on a street corner outside an elementary school. TV people are the ones who have popularized the idea that when THEY are inappropriate in front of children, it's somehow the PARENTS' fault. Right? She sent her kids out of the room? Why was she letting them watch it in the first place? I mean I was 12 in 87. I didn’t get to watch married with children til 91 lol.
when shows isn't for kids, dont show them to them. that's like watching the Simpson's with your kids and getting mad when you see something you don't like
Whoops! We watch the Simpsons with my 4 year old, I've been watching it since I was a kid. What we won't watch with him is family guy or American dad which is way worse than the Simpsons.
Shows like Simpsons, and family guy are equal opportunity offenders, no race, religion or nationality is sacred. and that is why nobody should get offended or take them seriously. if anything, they poke fun at stereotypes. and demonstrate how ridiculous some actually are. As for shows like two broke girls, really? the whole show has had sexual innuendo since day one, if you get offended by a naked barbie, you should not have been watching this adult show in the first place. same goes for Married with Children.
VintageLJ feminists don't give a fuck about any Barbie dolls. You're thinking about middle aged conservatives who get angry about things like swearing on tv.
I'll admit though I'm not a Simpsons fan now, I thought they were pretty brave and clever when they got in trouble by the Cuban community. It seemed to "make up" for that whole mess they did a second episode featuring Homer flying to Cuba and showed it off as a beautiful place... that is satirically corrupt with illegal activities involving sports, lol!
"I sent my kids out of the room after 5 minutes of this trash." Who forced you to watch it? Were the off button and the channel switch both broken? You have the freedom not to watch, why do feel that you have the freedom to stop others from watching.? Very hypocritical and scary that you think you have a right to decide what is best for others when you can't even turn the channel.
"why do feel that you have the freedom to stop others from watching.?" That is the problem with conservatives (and honestly all who get offended on behalf of others, as well). They believe that if they find something distasteful, then it should be banned. Their mantra is basically "If I don't like it, no one can." It's childish bullshit.
+KH 121 It's weird, because it's almost a total reversal. Or maybe both sides are just groups with different views on what's "right" to do, all the while pulling the same shit, while criticizing each other for it. Hypocrites, basically.
+KH 121 Yeah, maybe. I think it's just how people are. They want to make everyone agree with them, but they don't have the patience, so they resort to violence and underhanded tactics. Ultimately the result is the same: the few people who do eventually agree generally only do it out of fear (peer pressure or genuine) and the rest are more adamant than ever against them.
Ed Tin- would you expect more from a conservative? they are consistent in their belief that they should be able to tell others how to live and what to do
I don't know that we can call the Married with Children complaint 'these days'. I do see some terrible hairstyles as I go about my daily business, but if that isn't 1980's hair then I don't know what is.
Jack Challenge Hey there. I can't speak for anyone but me but I love comedy in most forms. Only a problem with kids wanting TV time after school. 😀and the shows seem deliberately irritating to a lot of people. I liked Showtimes Dexter, but couldn't watch it with the family I'm sure you understand...🌻
If I want 'good taste' I'm gonna order something with 'good taste' and not waste my money and/or time on something I dislike or something distasteful. ...and of course there are many shows on TV that fall under said categories , but I'm not a soft liberal wackadoodle who is complaining to media my eyes have seen something and they are to blame for it. GTFO with that soft BS, change the channel lil biatches, it's people like you who began the snowball effect of political correctness , and now we have over a dozen genders and every single one of them has a mental illness which they are told by vilecrats it's their RIGHT messing up young kids 100 fold more than anything married with children has ever shown. There are 2 genders, stick the PC up yours if you're a looney liberal and/or believe there are more than 2 , or if you want to act militant and police everything on TV so that you may never feel offended because you feel it lacks 'good taste'.
I never saw the show until syndicated re-runs, but I remember hearing my co-workers raving about season 1. Fast Fwd to 19 ??, several years anyway and when I tuned in, they were a few seasons in, and I HATED it! I thought it was intended to make it's audience "less intelligent than they were when they came in" trailer trash" humor at it's finest. But when they re-ran Season 1 for the second time (cause I had missed the first), I saw a MUCH better, "less stupid/trashy" tv sitcom where I didn't keep thinking I smelled Al's B.O. while he sat in front of the set in his "wife-beater" lol. I SAW the appeal and WTF happened to this show???
True! I'm from the early 90s and my barbie and my teddie sure had some fun when I was little. How did parents think it would play out when you give a kid a miniature naked woman to play with?
Yes:D How riddicolous is even that the title of this movie is wrong, some jokes with the doll or al bundy scenes are "tv got things too far? what a funny world
Well, it was a naked doll. All those non-parts in plastic displayed for all to see. I wonder how a kid is supposed to change her Barbie's clothes if naked, plastic dolls are offensive??

@@iamchickensalad5040 i understand you have your opinions, but i can't stand when people add trump in EVERYTHING. I could be at church and a pastor adds Trump for a laugh and i can't. I just don't see the point. We aren't on the topic of Trump.
"I took my kids out of the room" err why would you let your kids watch ANY of married with children? Some of the comments he makes, and the scenes, are far worse than a woman in lingerie.
i was about 8 years old when married with children started, and it was absolutely fine, one of the few shows i actually liked. i didn't notice any of the sexism or anything else people tell me it was full of - which it isn't - i noticed the art of witty retort. cheers didn't turn me in to an alcoholic. it's just tv
James Foo I was just a kid when this was on too, and my parents ABSOLUTELY didn’t let us watch it! I didn’t get into Married with Children until I was about 20. But my parents forbade us from watching it when we were growing up. Simple.
But she forced herself to watch the rest of the show "to see who was running adverts for such a program". One wonders if she even knew where her kids came from.
It's about what people of the time thought, not you. As evident from the montage, content quality dropped as the years passed and audience sensitivity was gradually increasing aberations, so no wonder you're now finding none of these appalling.
unfortunately, there are always going to be those people who have to nitpick at every single bit of media that comes out. They've got nothing better to do with their lives.
these kinds of things are already overrated. They bother to do such Vanity Fair memes... This is the kind of stuff you see on Gossip Magazines and such... really boring content for TH-cam, _"ooh Paris Hilton has a freckle on the armpit! Oh no! That was just a light reflex!! Who cares?!"_
It's just me, Leena, the strage part of all this was that the offender lady had to watch more of the TV show that offended her. Saying if you don't like something then turn it off or change channels is harder than it soundes. That is why people show down at car wrecks to see the horrible sights that would offend most people.
I remember watching that X-Files episode. I was like 12 and we got it when Netflix first came out. It was one of my favorites?? I was fascinated by how twisted it was bc it's not really fiction, that type of shit happens. Just like Family Guy's abortion episode. People should be aware of the best and the worst things the world has to offer. You can't live in a 50's ideal bubble. And you can't blame TV Shows for someone murdering another person. Blame they crazy ass.
I am offended at people who try to control what I watch and read. If you don't like something on tv - don't watch it! I follow that advise myself - I don't watch sports, but I would never try to get it banned from tv.
DirtyDinner24 not the doll I guess as much as simulating sex acts with it on national TV. Pretty tacky if kids are allowed to watch - a bad idea in my opinion.
Well, I'm not really sure on what year that article came out, but if it did come out in 2017, then the article would say that "poor female barbie doll did not give consent".

reyanime it's my favorite episode, but there are times I need to skip scenes like when the kids are playing baseball and they find a baby's hand sticking out of a pool of blood
The United States of American, -home- land of the free. Is freedom really a thing for you guys? Then why is everything fucking censored on your fucking TV? When we want to watch an American show we don't want to hear that fucking bleep all the time. I mean, no offense, but that's not really freedom. In my country, we can do whatever the fuck we want on TV. Except on the 3 public state channels (The state pays for it, but is separated from them, they also can show big criticism of the government etc, you know, like a free country has). On the public channels, they can only be nudity after 21:00 etc. That's fine I guess. I just mean that it feels like the US is getting less and less free... That really concerns me since I care about every person. I think freedom on TV and in the media is the top priority.
Where do you live? I thought TV is fucked up everywhere. I live in Poland and everything is bleeped and when the movie has voice over you can hear them say something like "holy fuck" and it's translated to some ridiculous shit like "oh no". Nudity? forget. One thing that people don't seem to care about is controversy. Sure all those old people that keep voting for the worst presidents possible, whining about everything, will whine about controversy on TV but noone gives a shit about them. In fact they are the most hated part in society. Nice to know that at least one country has civilised TV
Here in Germany TV isn't fucked up at all. We have almost total freedom and nothing is bleeped. No censorship and freedom of speech are very high values in Germany - especially on the public channels. Sometimes strong violence is edited when it is "family programm", but at night they often show the uncut version of the movie. It is ridiculous to watch "Jimmy Fallon" on ONE-ARD and NBC has given them already the bleeped version. A few F-words would never be bleeped in German TV.
First of all if you think the personal freedoms awarded to a country's people is based on rules that are set on tv shows, then you are truly stupid. Secondly, all of these shows and consequences surrounding reactions or punishments to them being aired are direct results of choices, made both by viewers and the broadcasting companies, which is the very definition of freedom. And lastly, we live in a time where every episode of everything can be found online or on a steaming service, and you can find it uncut and uncensored. So your choices, aka freedom as a media consumer, has increased significantly in just the past few years.
I especially liked when they went to Japan and their flight was accosted by Godzilla. So hilarious! They made fun of everyone and if it offended anyone then you just didn't get it in my opinion. I also think it's sad that some characters are not allowed anymore because of "racism" like Apu but they can make fun of dumb white guy, old rich white guy, religious white guy, drunk white guy, etc.
It's definitely NOT the greatest TV show ever. (Leave It To Beaver, Happy Days, Cheers and Seinfeld--just to name a few--were much, much better shows.) The seasons with Steve (Marcy's first husband) were better than the seasons with Jefferson (second husband)--Steve was smart, Jefferson was a doofus. There are many other reasons.
@@not-so-smartaleck8987 Everything you just stated is WRONG. Even the part of Jefferson being a worse character than Steve Rhodes. Leave it to beaver and happy days were good "in their time" 30years later Married with children is still great. Cheers and Seinfeld I'm not even commenting on that garbage.
@@not-so-smartaleck8987 Married with Children is still a belly laugh every time I see the old episode's, no show has come close to making me laugh so much or so hard. Married with Children is the funniest show that ever aired. IMHO . Then Three's Company, Night Court; All in the family. _ Happy Days sucked, Beaver was a Wally.
Really? The most offensive thing in HISTORY is the political climate? So, the Halocaust, the millions of people killed by Stalin, Pol Pot's genocide in Cambidia..... Yet, people running their mouths about their opinions is THE MOST OFFENSIVE THING IN HISTORY.... You seriously need to pick up a history book.
blackrosetiger13 the systematic censorship and putting down of free thought and opinion is very much akin to what occurred _during_ the Holocaust and Communist regimes. It is extremely offensive even if our modern culture doesn’t share the same level of violence as seen during those terrible events.
Most ironic aspect of this... those complaining about what's influencing their children fail to grasp that what they are complaining about isn't meant for children. Said complaint signifies the person complaining is both a busybody looking for and issue, as well as a poor parent who is exposing their children to what they deem to be harmful. The shows cited are not for children and are aired at a time when they have no legitimate reason to be watching TV.
Something that I've learned over the years: People who get way too upset about something - especially something as fictitious and “make-believe” as television - usually get that way because they see some truth in what they are getting upset over, wish to deny that truth, get even angrier (this time at themselves because they actually believe the “spoof”), and overreact to the situation. Case in point: The Simpsons' Brazil episode. As was pointed out, it later proved to be based in fact; things really WERE the way that the episode depicted them. Because of this truth that the Brazilian president would rather deny than actually do something about, he lashed out at FOX. It should have been a wake-up call for him; he chose instead to deny the truth right before his eyes, and blame someone else for it. Classic.
Al Bundy loved his family I prefer Al over that phony Bill COSBY ACTING LIKE A SQUEAKY CLEAN GUY THEN RAPING WOMEN FOR DECADES TEAM BUNDY FOR ME HE LOVED THOSE KIDS AND HIS WIFE HE WAS JUST HONEST sometimes LOL
I know. I remember an episode where Al and Peg tried divorcing and living seperate lives. They soon realised it wasn't what it was cracked up to be and Al went back to his wife and kids, which shows that, even thought they drive each other up the wall, they are still Bundys and are better off together as a family.
I loved that episode of 2 broke girls! If people can't handle adult content don't watch it or be less childish it's the world we live in. These shows are merely a reflection of our society, art imitates life deal with it.
And of course every time a production company gives in to the pressure from some highly vocal hysterical banshee, all they're doing is moving the goalposts, the same people will try and impose even greater censorsorship in the future (they're like the Borg; retreat and they advance further).
muzicgeek_503 what "adult content" was featured on 2 Broke Girls? By which I mean, content that treats people like adults; I always recalled the show as pathetically immature, though it might have picked up quality after the first episode (only one I watched, honestly).
What they didn't mention about the Mulder and Scully episode is that the mother was kept trapped in under a bed, all her limbs severed, and only brought out when the brothers had sex with her. Like... I have no words
Pathetic to complain about 2brokegirls for that scene...if you wanna complain, you could say that it's a comedy show that is absolutely boring and UNFUNNY, that would be a good reason to complain...
omy785 there were far worse things those women did in that show, I'm surprised someone thought the Barbie doll scene was the worst out of everything they did on there.
I remember watching "Home" from X-Files when it originally aired. My grandma hated it, but I think it's a good episode despite how disgusting it is. But then I love horror, so... it's a good horrorshow on that episode.
I think one of the reasons it succeeds is because it shows how truly screwed up a situation like that really is. Also fun fact. It was the first TV episode ever to get that M rating.
Hell, fox had Family guy off the air for, what, 2 years at one point? All because Seth produced a couple jokes at fox's expense.... after the show came back on air, the jokes became more and worse. Hell, it took Reynolds 11 years to convince fox that making a Rated - R deadpool would be the best thing for, well, everyone. xD
Yooo meechelleee, I accidentally clicked on your profile, saw the suggary things playlist, clicked it and it was an adventure time/adventure time artist playlist, thank you!
Family Guy was cancelled because it bombed ratings-wise. They brought it back after it started airing on Adult Swim and became a DVD hit. Nothing to do with it's jokes. FOX has a pretty long history of shit-canning shows after a season or two.
@luis. Totally agreed. I know a few people who have been to Rio. As long as you stay in the "tourist" areas, it's not too bad. If you slip into the "real Rio", you're lucky to come home at all.

Well she should & its called a remote control with buttons on & Im sure there is a channel playing some puke inducing Christian Rock she could view
I saw that episode of married with children back in the day it's still one of my most favorite episodes of all time. No different from the entire series.
Heil Honey, I'm Home is actually an incredibly creative and funny idea for a show. I'm Jewish and I am kinda pissed that one didn't take off. People need to chill out. It's not like they were making light of the atrocities, but rather simply making fun of moron that started it all.
I found a torrent of the episode YEARS ago and couldn't stop laughing at the absurdity of the entire thing. It wasn't the funniest thing I'd ever seen but I can 100% understand why it NEVER got picked up
Now here's a crazy concept. Rather than become triggered and call for the banning/cancellation of a show you enjoy, why not simply.......don't watch whatever content it is that offends you so greatly?
Comedic Hitler?, Did anyone ever see Mel Brooks "The Producers"?(1968). Brooks was correct in saying political correctness is ruining comedy. (Recall that when Brooks made "The Producers", it was 20+ years after WW2 with lots of survivors and veterans, experiencing Hitler's cruelty still alive, and those survivors and vets embracing the humiliation of Hitler through comedy. 50's television loaded with comedic NAZI skits, most all written by Jewish writers, [Sid Cesar, Carl Reiner, Mel Brooks, etc.] Instead of categorizing NAZIs as evil 'supermen' as is current view in pop culture 75+ years removed, these writers of past, closer to actual events, whittled down NAZIs to buffoonish clowns.)
Hogan's Heros comes to mind as well. Some of the cast actually had been in German prison camps so I am betting they had some strong feelings about that yet found the comedy route acceptable.
most of the people have a problem because parents don't monitor their children while they watch tv. that is the problem. parents aren't parents anymore, they want to be their best friends.
really, I'll tell that to my TWO masters degrees and 16 years of teaching in the nyc school system. I am sure you know so much about children and parenting.
I stopped watching TV altogether about 3 years ago. I am starting to get the same feeling about the internet. I am sure glad time passes faster when you get older. I am sick of this place.
No it was on a low cart like thing with wheels and she would be slid under the bed on it to hide her and go around inside the house. They also kept off that all 3 adult brothers (her sons) were having sex with her. That really was a creepy episode. Though the song and the car at the end was neat. from the 1950s or 1960s.
I saw it the fist night that it aired, it was during October. Right from the first scene where they bury the mutated baby alive with its creepy crying in a thunderstorm then its dad/brother cries it was relentless to the final scene. The scene where they kill "Sheriff, Andy Taylor" and his wife reminded me of an old Indian legend I heard here in the southwest about bizarre shamans that wore old canvas masks that they called "The Sniffers" who would hunt people while down on all fours sniffing the ground like dogs. ....lol, I had to sit outside in the cold for a while to get some fresh air after the episode ended.
That is literally the only episode of X-Files that I remember the storyline. I used to watch it regularly, but that one really stuck. It was super creepy and twisted.
The majority of the population voted to remain a Territory. There will always be separatists, that's why the Puerto Ricans had the chance to vote for Independence, they chose to remain a Territory.
Most want to become a state but that will never happen, plus taxes are payed thats what the “W2” is for, plus a 11.5% tax, plus extra customs tariff, a new added tax to shipping, and so on...
That X-Files episode was shown in Australia without incident. It was seriously gross. Dexter: These programs don't motivate -- they inspire the already motivated.
Anyone notice that most of the shows banned are were aired on Fox (Married With Children, Family Guy, The Simpsons, XFiles). I mean they are the channel for Conservatism and they airing episodes that anger conservatives. Isn't that odd...???
I think that was before they became that. Either that or it's just FOX News. But I know The Simpsons and Family Guy have a deal with FOX that was made a long time ago that the shows would NEVER be cancelled by the network no matter what the ratings are (this is when Family Guy was brought back). Only the creators can stop them when they decide to retire them.
Colleen you believe that bull shit fox almost cancelled the Simpson 6 years ago because of money issues but the voice actors took a pay cut and fox the company who owns the show has a say in if it gets cancelled
I know that Family Guy, due to the massive popularity it got when the DVD sales skyrocketed after it was cancelled, made that deal with FOX. Basically it can never be cancelled by the network and it has to keep going until Seth McFairlane decides he's had enough. But only HE can decide that, not the network.
If you're offended watching television, turn it off & read book. Jokes can be funny if they're not intended to be cruel. If you're going to make fun of blacks then every color in the rainbow Is fair game. You get it all or nothing. Television shows are rated and TVs have the capability of parental blocking, I doubt it if most parents ever bothered to set that up.
south park isn't on the list because there are wayyy too many episodes to choose from lmao. when just about every episode can manage to offend someone, how can you choose one?
If you have ever tried to contact a tv network or movie studio to complain about content then you need to get a life.

Murdering people and blaming TV.... seems legit.
anything can influence people to murder - even slenderman. just most dont have a motivation to harm, unlike certain religious sects...
Well, honestly there was something wrong with their mind to begin with. That shit doesn't just build over one episode.
lol
Like murder didn't exist before TV 😪
VOID x Haha so so true. Perfect comment.
when shows isn't for kids, dont show them to them. that's like watching the Simpson's with your kids and getting mad when you see something you don't like
Whoops! We watch the Simpsons with my 4 year old, I've been watching it since I was a kid. What we won't watch with him is family guy or American dad which is way worse than the Simpsons.
junglepitts My parents let me watch all of those shows, but they aren't bad. :)
Or Family Guy.... which even has a warning before each episode
I've watched the Simpsons since before I could remember lol
Lol I used to always laugh at folx who think the Simpsons is a kids show
Shows like Simpsons, and family guy are equal opportunity offenders, no race, religion or nationality is sacred. and that is why nobody should get offended or take them seriously. if anything, they poke fun at stereotypes. and demonstrate how ridiculous some actually are.
As for shows like two broke girls, really? the whole show has had sexual innuendo since day one, if you get offended by a naked barbie, you should not have been watching this adult show in the first place. same goes for Married with Children.
agriperma Who the fuck gets offended by a naked Barbie???
Feminists get offended by a clothed barbie.
+Spectra Only a dickless Ken!
I watched married with children...as a child... and Al Bundy somehow did not turn me into a lesbian. Shocking, I know.
Good for you. ;)
But did Marcy?
Turned me into a lesbian. I cannot even look at a guy now. But my eyes will follow women around everywhere.
Yeah I don't think one turns in to a lesbian!
LoL
IF you find a show offensive dont watch it if you find that offensive then your kids should not be watching it either
Feminists are now defending Barbie dolls instead of defending real people ... Kill me
The Crack Addict he he I was joking
+Ghoul 17 But he isn't.
What? That had nothing to do with feminism though?
hype did you watched the video ? People were upset because they used FEMALE doll to have sex with male puppet
That has nothing to do with feminism. Jesus christ feminism isn't just a catch all for everything involving females that you don't like.
"why do feel that you have the freedom to stop others from watching.?"
That is the problem with conservatives (and honestly all who get offended on behalf of others, as well).
Familyguy is the best show in the world. Brilliant .
Ed Tin- would you expect more from a conservative? they are consistent in their belief that they should be able to tell others how to live and what to do

People really need to learn the words "fiction", "comedy", "joke", and "cartoon".
We used to know those words, till liberals decided they needed to put warning label's on everything!
What about the words "good taste"
Nothing comedic about burning a flag
The complete lack off class was the whole premise of Married with Children. The show was intended for adults.

Um... at least one of the shows was British and, unlike the others, that one never aired on TV.
Elle Driver Sure... except the whole series of Heil Honey I'm Home isn't just censored... it's illegal
5:15 I think The Simpsons made fun of EVERY foreign country the family visited.
I especially liked when they went to Japan and their flight was accosted by Godzilla. So hilarious! They made fun of everyone and if it offended anyone then you just didn't get it in my opinion. It's definitely NOT the greatest TV show ever. (Leave It To Beaver, Happy Days, Cheers and Seinfeld--just to name a few--were much, much better shows.) Most ironic aspect of this... those complaining about what's influencing their children fail to grasp that what they are complaining about isn't meant for children.

I loved that episode of 2 broke girls! If people can't handle adult content don't watch it or be less childish it's the world we live in. These shows are merely a reflection of our society, art imitates life deal with it.

muzicgeek_503 what "adult content" was featured on 2 Broke Girls? By which I mean, content that treats people like adults; I always recalled the show as pathetically immature, though it might have picked up quality after the first episode (only one I watched, honestly).

Family Guy was cancelled because it bombed ratings-wise. They brought it back after it started airing on Adult Swim and became a DVD hit. Nothing to do with it's jokes. FOX has a pretty long history of shit-canning shows after a season or two.
Tenge difference is Rick and morty is funny
SIMPSON'S DID IT! SIMPSON'S DID IT!
@luis. Totally agreed. I know a few people who have been to Rio. As long as you stay in the "tourist" areas, it's not too bad. If you slip into the "real Rio", you're lucky to come home at all.
because one woman wrote in and said............one woman, out of a planet of billions, this is when tv moments went to far, FFS
married with children was the best show on TV when I was growing up, for me anyways :p
yea me and my late father always enjoyed MWC
Kyle Godin why did you watch that as a child?
I watched it once and that was it, hence forth the new show title I gave it, "Married With Idiots"
The Wily Wimpod Because his parents weren't a couple of whiny bitches.
Scott W. Fields what are you talking about
Really? This is your definition of going too far? Very weak.
Iria Roth No, this is easily offended idiot's definition of going too far.
I'm so offended, I just can't stop being offended, I'm so offended. Ugh! I can't even deal how offended I am.
I hope this strongly worded comments allows me to show you how offended I am!
You seem offended ...
Well,
I'm offended that you're offended.
im offended that you are offended smh
I agree; Brazil is a festering shithole of a country.
Something wrong, sport? How are you feeling today?
Al Bundy was the best!
Married with children is amazing!!!
That lady that complained about Married With Children needs to get laid
She had a kid, so she did it...once....exclusively for procreation...isn't it enough?
Why tf was she watching the show with her kids... Smh
Ugh. I'm so sick of people who make the dumb comment "they just need sex". No. Sex won't fix the world's problems. Sex has caused a lot of the world's problems. Seriously.
Clearly her quim is haunted since nothing has been near it in such a long time. She doesn't need sex, just a sense of perspective & tolerance.
We have to tolerate her slightest objections on what grounds exactly? Not as if she's likely to compromise.
Well she should & its called a remote control with buttons on & Im sure there is a channel playing some puke inducing Christian Rock she could view
bebe looey, you should be smacked for that comment.
I saw that episode of married with children back in the day it's still one of my most favorite episodes of all time. No different from the entire series.
married with children was a hilarious show some of the characters lines were what people in real life are afraid to say.
Wasn't that the premise of All in the Family.
No!
Now enough of this crazy, seditious talk!
change the channel, NOT THE SHOW.
If you don't like it, don't watch it and keep your mouth shut.
so the fcc won't let me be or let me be me so let me see
they tried to shut me down on mtv but it feels so empty without me
Thanks for that little flashback. I wish Eminem was still that good.

Dor Aran charlie chaplin had them all beat in The Great Dictator
Dor Aran He was a genius!😀
Dor Aran ...they should do the same to Zionists
Hogan's Heros comes to mind as well. Some of the cast actually had been in German prison camps so I am betting they had some strong feelings about that yet found the comedy route acceptable.
Greg Mardis not to mention a way to stick it to them
most of the people have a problem because parents don't monitor their children while they watch tv. that is the problem. parents aren't parents anymore, they want to be their best friends.
lmao, you're so dumb and uneducated.
really, I'll tell that to my TWO masters degrees and 16 years of teaching in the nyc school system. I am sure you know so much about children and parenting.
I stopped watching TV altogether about 3 years ago. I am starting to get the same feeling about the internet. I am sure glad time passes faster when you get older. I am sick of this place.
What would the people back then think of game of thrones and shit like that xD
Knightwing777 the books are far worse, faaaaar worse.
Knightwing777 lol people are worse than ever now
Knightwing777 they wouldn't think shit about it. Because it costs to watch shows like that
X files Home: didn't the brothers had the mother without limbs held in a bed under the house? They kept off this detail here.
It was truly disturbing.
It was called "Wonderful, Wonderful" by Johnny Mathis
I was on acid the cirst time I ever saw it. Just a stupid teen then. But man,, the trip I had . . .
People need to take a seat, settle down, and take a nice tall glass of Man the Fuck Up.
thumbs up for being honest and mentioning the 2016 Olympics.
Puerto Rico is a territory of the US, Not a country
The majority of the population voted to remain a Territory. There will always be separatists, that's why the Puerto Ricans had the chance to vote for Independence, they chose to remain a Territory.
@@alphaplenn Well they wanted the benefits without paying the income taxes.
You were expecting accuracy from ShmooveTube?
Most want to become a state but that will never happen, plus taxes are payed thats what the “W2” is for, plus a 11.5% tax, plus extra customs tariff, a new added tax to shipping, and so on...
That X-Files episode was shown in Australia without incident. It was seriously gross.
Dexter: These programs don't motivate -- they inspire the already motivated.
Can his voice be be any more irritating??
I'm guessing he's 90 years old
I guess some people just don't like Australian's narrating stuff.
No because it isnt
His cadence is so weird. Misplaced pauses everywhere
It isn't his voice it's how thick his Australian accent is. No offence to the guy but it sounds like he is trying to sound as Australian as possible.
Married with children wasn't a kids show, why was your kid watching it? Smh.
InTheGlow135 yeah the tragic fact is we will never escape special snow flakes who want to censor everything. doesnt matter what political spectrum
InTheGlow135 you are confusing Fox and Fox News (Faux Gnus).
I only had one complaint about 2 broke girls but it was a huge one. The brunette would always laugh at her own jokes. Argh!
Brent Hill the jokes were terribly unfunny too
I've been to Brazil, The Simpsons Creators was dead on with that episode..
There is always someone who Is offended. They are COMEDY shows.COMMON.
Well, the X-Files and Dexter weren't comedies, per se.
I'm not gonna sit here and pretend like I don't want to watch that sitcome with Hitler as the protagonist.
Of course. You and the rest of the assholes here want to be good little Nazis. When is the Sit Com about Stalin and Mao coming out?
no mohammed episode from south park?
Or the Bloody Mary one...
Let's not forget the Scientology episode.
Essentially about a quarter of all South Park episodes could've been eligible for this list.
Wheel of Fortune episode.
why wasn't south park on the list
south park isn't on the list because there are wayyy too many episodes to choose from lmao. when just about every episode can manage to offend someone, how can you choose one?
The fact that "Dexter" lasted FIVE seasons says some not very nice things about our "civilization"
i watched dexter in jail lol
Still, it was a tremendous show. But you're right...
@@ChristmasLore Not pointing fingers...I watched it too...
But it came out on cable tv, so it was allowed to do a lot more.
