I agree with buying quality items, but even quality shoes break/ go wrong in the same period as cheaper ones may break. Brand name cannot define durability. How do u protect ur valuables

Ermm people are free to do whatever they want to them selves, people do plastic surgery because just like you they are not happy with the way they look which can not be changed by changing their diet or daily life. You wanted to do whatever you want and you are free to do that but I do not see any difference in you and a person that does plastic surgery, in fact you could have lost weight by changing your diet.
I suffer from low thyroid and Im short and the minute I gain weight I lose my weight.
