Mei Stellar is an independant English speaking vtuber based in Oceania. She is one half of the vtuber group called MeiDeiSOS which she manages with her twin, Dei Stellar. They both stream on twitch playing popular games like Apex Legends, Resident Evil, Overwatch 2 and Final Fantasy XIV Online. Though they main these games, they enjoy playing indie games and other variety games. Mei is the older twin and is described to be tsundere and likes to play it cool (she's not). Dei may seem quiet and petite, but she's hiding her perverseness behind this façade. Dei is fluent in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese; Mei is still learning these languages and gets corrected by her younger sister often.
MeiDeiSOS' lore is that they are twin stars born as part of the Felis constellation with a chaotic disposition. Bored out of their minds and sick of seeing the other stars in their constellation family slowly disappear, they took the opportunity to steal a passing spacecraft to go on an adventure of a lifetime. They end up on Earth after a long journey of wreaking havoc and felt the humans were interesting enough to stay for an indefinite amount of time....
