Depends on where you hit. Some of my early shots were just hitting the arm or something but typically two shots is the min for the M110.

Hard to say, its really about personal preference and how long you have played the game. I feel the biggest change is it forces you play the game "correctly" balancing teamwork and strategy staying close to your squad and providing cover/ suppression (that actually works well now), something that before ICO was hit or miss. I still think the ADS sway from stamina needs tweaking, especially when using anti tank weapons. Hip/point fire is a bit rough for some weapons especially in CQB.
