What civilizational values are you passing on? Only English in the school? I just watched Vidyakshetra and see a stark difference in the way the school's being run, although the underlying principles of Gurukul are upheld in both
@sanjanasamraj adding regional language will bind them to their roots. We read about Japanese and Germans taking pride in conducting their education system in their own language. You could try the same. Would enrich the student's experience even more.

This school has a lot more focus on environment and bringing up children with an exposure to nature and their surroundings/community.
