He plotted against his “friend” for months, in order to bolster the false accusations he knew would be coming…..then he echoed those false accusations to his following, & actively tried to destroy Slazo’s reputation & his social media platforms. After the accusations were thoroughly debunked, Alex doubled down & refused to apologize. All bc he was jealous of Slazo’s success. It takes a calculated, heartless, cruel person to do that to anyone, let alone someone who thought you were their friend.

She took the evidence to the police before she publicly released it. The police probably won't act but it will be a record of his behaviour in case something else happens.
The “he brought out the worst in me/ I’m not fully innocent in this” is word for word what I’ve had to say about my most toxic ex who went on a campaign to prove to everyone what garbage I am after we broke up. Those kinds of people push your buttons and demean you for fun until you start saying and doing things you never thought you would. I still get a sinking feeling about the dynamic I had with my most toxic partner, but the funny thing is. I haven’t been pushed to be that person that he tried to convince me, my friends, and my loved ones was the real me, since we broke up. He really did break me down until I was almost as awful as him.

Wasn’t she saying that because she called him out for using racial slurs, but then it came out she was using them too? Two things can be true…she was abused & was the victim in this AND she was also using slurs that she condemned him for using.
He's probably been threatening to say that she hit him first. She slapped him when he was harassing and berating her.

Or.. she just wasn't all innocent in it. I'm a victim of a narcissist and I definitely did not make the situation any easier for myself nor him. That is true, even though I still remain the actual victim in the situation. Blameless I am not. As for trying to prove to everyone you're a garbage person... People are more likely to believe the narcissist than the victim. This is just statistic and studies on the subject. I also had to explain myself to a dozen of our mutual friends and it came across as me trying to prove myself very hard. But the alternative was to lose my friends because my ex is a snake and lies so much.

The one and only time i questioned his facade was when he doubled down on slazo after it came out that slazo was innocent. He was straight up demeaning and unforgiving to someone he claimed was his friend.
this is exactly how my ex use to treat me. last time i saw him he grabbed me by my hair and smashed my face into garbage on the floor from a trash can he knocked over during an argument. he also sexually assaulted me and when i asked him why he acted like i was the one in the wrong for even asking or confronting him about it. unfortunately i didn’t save texts, any of the photos of the many injuries he gave me, or the recordings i had. i deleted everything trying to move on with my life. now after around 5 years of healing i really wish i had this kind of evidence for myself because i’ve finally come to terms with the fact that what was done to me was a crime.

I was in an abusive relationship for 2 years with a redpiller. I live with my parents and I am not a party-person, but he was still always angry at me and women in general.

Alex was always a bit of a red flag. The situation with Slazo, he cared more about destroying him, when it should be about listening to the victim. And that one video where he was crying and kissing the bracelet, it gave huuuge victim complex.
Didn't JackMate fire him from his podcast as well, but wouldn't explain the reasons? I seem to remember him saying something about Alex just not being a good fit. Wouldn't be surprised if Alex had one of his temper tantrums and they were like nope.

When Olivia said how painful it was to pull everything back really hit me! I left an abusive relationship and the only thing holding me back from really doing something about what he did to me is having to go back and get all the evidence and having to relive that. It’s been a few months and I still can’t bring myself to even look at the pictures of myself after the first time. 😢 I’m so proud of this woman for bringing this to light because even just talking about it is hard but to go back collect all this and put it together she is a strong woman and I hope this bring her all the healing she needs.
Couldn't agree more and I'm so sorry you had to go through that. ❤️ I've just left an emotionally abusive man and I've got lots of recordings (I've NEVER had to record anyone before) but I think the anxiety would just come flooding back if I listened to them, so they're just safely stored on my hard drive. I'm both glad that women are able to document abuse nowadays thanks to technology while also sad that abuse is still rife.
Could be a stupid idea, but maybe if you have someone who you can trust to go through all of the evidence and to sort it all so it's organised in such a way it can be reported to the authorities. The person you trust would be less emotionally taxed because they're more removed from the situation.
It's been 3 years for me and I still can't. It's probably something you're going to carry with you forever, life does get better though. It will never be perfect but you can survive and manage these feelings ❤️ there are millions of us before you that have paved a way forward, reach out for support if you need it because there are charities and support networks world wide who will help 🫶🏼

I was in a relationship with someone exactly like this. The cycle of abuse doesn’t ever stop. Unfortunately I fell for it multiple times before getting out.
To be fair it takes a couple of times to notice that something seems to happen consistently. Please don't blame yourself for "falling for it", when that's exactly what the abuser intended to happen. It's their fault entirely.

For anyone more interested in abusive men, the book "Why Does He Do That: Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men" by Lundy Bancroft is a really good resource. It describes that abusive behavior like this is not the goal of an abuser. The goal is control of their partner and the way they obtain that control is through abuse. Additionally, men like this are often very aware of how to intimidate and control their partners. They're also often seen as nice people outside of their intimate relationships.
12:31 the book also describes how abusive men will seem to go on a rampage and break stuff, but when their partners reflected on what was broken, they realized the broken items belonged to them, not anything belonging to the abusive partner.

I feel for Alice, I had this exact relationship when I was a teenager, and I hope she gets the peace and healing that she needs and then when he inevitably shows her “receipts” that people can look at it with empathy and common sense. Those types of relationships drive the victim crazy, they do bring out the worst in you. I’ve said some seriously awful shit to my ex just to have equal grounds and not be walked all over and whatever humanity I had left was gone. I didn’t care about him, me, or anyone. But as I matured and have been in more stable relationships I wouldn’t even dream of saying the things I did, I wouldn’t even repeat them to my ex if I saw them again. People like Alex are destroyers, they destroy peoples spirits.

I've just left a guy who would shout and call me stupid and tell me to shut the fck up whenever he got upset over something. Then he'd go off and sulk for some time and he'd come back and either pretend like nothing had happened or say something meaningless like "sorry for saying those things, can we be friends?". ImAlex sounds so familiar. They're narcissists and they enjoy demeaning their partners. It literally makes them feel better about themselves.

@@j-vic07 Thank you 🙏 so am I. We had to cohabit for 3 months post-breakup before I could move out and it continued. He kept saying I had an "image" of him as a bad person, that it wasn't true, that it was all in my head. I can totally see now why people end up stuck in these situations with people like this because they make you question your whole reality. You don't see it for what it is until you're out.

Question since I'm curious. Was he still appearing in Memelous/Willne videos after the Slazo situation? Because I remember that he might have had. And in that case, I feel a bit icky about Memelous and Willne still being friends with him after he ruined someone's career. My ex was like this he was soo controlling and we always had fights then he would love bomb me so I stayed 8 months then I finally woke up to it. Once we broke up he started harassing me (death threats, stalking, stalking my job) and verbally abusing me to a maximum level.
3 years later I am still suffering from the harassment and paid up to 4k in lawyer fees because the penal system is so slow for these kind of cases

This guy reminds me of my ex he’s just more vocal. This should be talked about because not everyone is educated about what abuse looks like. It can be physical, verbal, or emotional and all of it takes a toll on the human psyche. The only reason why me and my ex’s relationship ended was because he couldn’t handle my reactions to his abusive and coercive behavior and blamed me for why HE left. Now I’m so much happier on my own and feel like a person again. I don’t even get angry like I used to and can handle my emotions very well. I thought I was genuinely the problem until I was out.

Tbh I felt bad being bipolar and having episodes around my ex because it was problems with family as well but I’ve never had to get physically slapped or anything physical on one another :/ like yeah I cried when they left and told them how I felt but to be like “get back with me” after the fact and everything being recorded for people to see then to actually put this all online is insane. People forget what personal means I guess while also being really horrible people.

She isn’t a master manipulator, she’s what happens when a kid is taken advantage of by predators and eventually grows up with no safety net or boundaries. She’s always posting naked in her shower on snap for her child fans and I feel like her sexual rebrand is still somehow aimed at her child audience

i've thought that *some* youtubers are more toxic bc after all it is social media -- to be on social media limelight all the time, it attracts more ppl with big egos and worse. it is ofc possible to have an healthy ego and to be a youtuber. but it is also a reason why you shouldnt develop parasocial relationships, it is easy to hide who you really are online.

He’s finished. Even if he comes out with evidence that Alice was abusive to him too. It just means they are both abusive and both are vile. There’s no justification for what he said, it’s not said in defence in anyway shape or form.
