Can we use one Microsoft Outlook mail account for multiple employees ? i.e. every employees will use same mail id. Is it possible in outlook ? B'coz we use that in Windows Live mail software.

Hello,
It is not advisable to use the same mail account for multiple users, you will want to try shared mailbox. With shared mailbox, multiple users will have access to the mailbox from their personal email account.

Hello Ejiro, thanks for watching my video. If you want to a have an office 365 account for your small business. I will recommend Microsoft 365 Business Standard, this is when the users will be installing office on their personal computer. But if your workers will only be accessing office from the web then I will recommend Microsoft 365 Business basic. using windows 11, when i open outlook, that top bar does not display, therefore I cannot select file to get things going.
