Its an addition. Its a 1 bed one bath plus a second space built after for another 1 bed 1 bath that was added on much later
Way too much money for original build of 1 bed 1 bath.
A brand new 2 bad 2 bath is much much cheaper
And lit rent if approx $1k is awful on top of other fees
