Week5.2 Time Management and Project WBS

- In project management the time management is essentially the ability to efficiently utilize time spent on various tasks in a day. It involves organizing and planning how to divide time between tasks.
- A work breakdown structure takes a highly involved project, activity or design and breaks it down into smaller manageable sections that can be easily allocated and tracked to completion. It is performed before any cost and time estimation is fully determined.
