Change management is the process by which changes to the project scope, deliverables, timescales or resources are formally requested, evaluated and approved prior to implementation.
Project budget identifies the planned expenditure for a project, which is used as a baseline against which the actual expenditure and predicted eventual cost of the work can be reported.
