BMW X3 - Window Regulator Replacement

Rear window regulator replacement and initialization For 1st gen X3. (2003-2010 production)
This procedure is basically the same for e90 3 series rear windows as well.
--Tools needed--
-Plastic wedge/pry tool
-Metal pick or pocket screwdriver.
-Torx bit 25 and 30 with extension
-10mm socket with ratchet
