Well I doubt her son is in jail. He probably got bail in 1 hour after they processed him and it will take up to 2 years for a court case to happen if it even goes that far. Which I doubt. If they have the proof she lied, she should be arrest and not allow to work. But she deserve bail just like everyone else and my guess she may lose her career, but will probably not go to jail. Trump is convicted of 32 felonies but he probably will not get jail time. Non violent crime are just not given the same in sentences because the jails just do not have room for these people. There ARE certain instances where someone under the age of 16, without a valid driver's license, can indeed drive. Usually specified on a document from point A to point B, and ONLY between those two. When I took drivers training, one of the kids in my driver's ed class DROVE, alone, to the class. He had special paperwork granted by the government to allow him to do so.
