One has American before it and the other doesn't.... But seriously, I think the thing I noticed the most is the execution of technique, the interpretation of basics and strikes and the addition of Judo and Jujitsu influence in the self defense portion in American Tang Soo Do.

American Tang Soo incorporates Boxing and Jiu-Jitsu in, along with wrestling.

I've never heard of American Tang Soo do until not that long ago .
Please do a tutorial on how to do the splits.
American Tang Soo Do is better since American Tang Soo Do is litterly Cobra Kai Karate therefore it's better
