    As I'm learning more and more about Subto and Gator and this whole exciting world, I can't help but feel overwhelming gratitude. I'm learning so much everyday. I know I'm just getting started, but I want to say thank you to Pace and to this wonderful, one-of-its-kind community.

    I'm in the process of purchasing a home, and I am looking at an outrageous closing cost on a 5acker 80k home and a closing cost of around 10k seems a bit high the seller was asking 75k and when I got purchase agreement had me borrowing $79,900 the seller paying 6 % 4.790 but is this not me paying the closeing cost because they up the purchasing to 79,900 and then I'm still on the hook for an additional $5000 but to me I'm still paying the whole cost because the additional amount borrowed the seller is still getting his 75 an I'm paying 79,900 back so I'm I wrong by thinking this or am I getting rug pulled and thrown over me just wondering if someone would be willing to help me out with this issue thanks

    I am performing a Cash Out Refinance on my house, and I would like to start Gator Lending (EMD funding) with about $30k cash. Trying to decide how to invest the majority of the money so I can have a few streams of cash as I get my side hustles going. I would put my phone number here, my issue is I'm so green that it would probably waste most of everyone's Time. I'm in the Facebook group.
