I'd normally do Angel Deals as BB, not Devil Deals, as while Devil Deals aren't as expensive, Angel Deals are also guaranteed, more likely to provide soul hearts, and great items in Repentance.
i never ever do devil deals unless i'm doing an achievement. Angel deals are just so much better. And with dad key fragments you're like 50/50 to get one each floor if you also donate and bomb a statue.

No red hearts is a blessing, literal soul hearts mean more angel room opportunities. If I could have soul hearts for every character it'd be absolutely god tier.
Big thing you missed is the interaction with polaroid. It procs every time your hit because you have no red health. Really stretches your survivability in tough fights like delirium/hush
The buffs they made to ??? are game changers. I finally unlocked him yesterday and have actually been having some success playing as him. Of course, finding Book of Revelations and Holy Mantle on one run definitely didn't hurt!

I like blue baby bc im constantly losing my first devil deal if i dont find any soul or black hearts on the first floor or within the first couple rooms of the second floor. So only having soul hearts as health means ill never lose my deal unless i die lol

If I have more than 3 soul hearts, I will go for Devils, if I have 3, I go for Angels. But tbf, Angels are just better in general.
