First video I’ve seen with the same issue !!! Both my 15000 ( have had less than 24 hours) & my 8550 did this !!! Going to try this in the morning to the 8550 since I’ve had that one longer🤞🏻
Unfortunately this isn’t my issue, mine is I believe the part that drops the roller to feed the paper though isn’t working. Should I replace that part? And how to do it.

hello, so followed you video. and now the printer isnt reading the oem cartridges. any way to fix that?
Followed which video? The phantom paper jam? That would have nothing to do with the oem carts. Did you install chipless firmware?
