For anyone wondering PETA is a shit organization. They take in a lot of donations to create their horrific and shit games, advertising, films, and whatever else that suits their needs. They really haven’t done much to help in actual situations like this video. As a matter of fact PETA has actually abused and beaten some animals so that they could get pictures for their advertisements. As well as other horrendous bullshit. Don’t support PETA, support organizations like the one in the video. There’s a lot of bad things PETA has done, and it’s crazy to see how harmful they actually are.
The kitten broke my heart, whoever abandoned them is truly disgusting. They deserve to rot in hell.

I think this is just as punishable as murder. They need to go to jail for life, because if they get out how can we know if they aren't gonna do it again? Same thing with murder. these animals don't have voices, so we need to be thier voices.

Mental illness usually
People who do this truly believe they are the best chance for their animals. Having witnessed hoarding situations and talked to those people they believe the animal would suffer the cruelty of the world. They and they alone must care for it even when they cant.
Unfortunately these same people are lazy. They're also embarrassed for anyone to see the disgusting conditions. They would have to get up do actual work to fix it.
Half the time they are the loudest protesters against these situations. When they see these videos it only validates what they do. But they are still reminded of how sorry and sick they really are.
It's definitely a mental illness. There's no cure for it except to be monitored 24/7 by actual responsible people. Basically these are overgrown children who can't function and handle responsibility.
That's the bottom line.

Both of its eyes looked rotted away, or at least extremely infected, so it was blind and didn't know what to (maybe that's why it looked dead). There was also something wrong with its underside, though I'm not sure what, so if it didn't die in the video it probably died soon after.

I cried with you. 😢 it's so hard to see the ones we aren't in time to rescue and know there's so many more who've needlessly suffered and died. It's a painful reality but necessary for people to see in order to push us further into being a more compassionate world.
It's also heartbreaking that this is not just happening in third world countries, but in places we think are more advanced and know better.

I would like to give thanks to all the animal rescue teams for helping as many animals as possible and having to go through seeing situations like in this video and saving the lives of all different animals. So thank you all animal rescue teams.

Where are the owners of these horrible places? Jail? Sorry i am gonfused . But bless yall, you are heros
It depends on the state, Houston I know can throw you in jail, charge you all the animal medical bills, and fine you. But it's light depending on how bad the state of the animal is... Some states don't even charge you and don't let you take an animal until the owner agrees to it and/or the animal escapes on their own. Houston unless the animal is in a very severe situation of dying and/or it's a emergency, they have to put up a notice for at least 24 hours, if the animal is in danger of dying or has a severe medical issue (one dog was tied in the back yard so tight her she couldn't reach her puppies *which they didn't know she had at the time due to the owners putting them out of reach* and her paw was wrapped so tightly around the cable it was above her head), they have to rush the case to court immediately. The judges I have never seen them reject a case where it's an emergency.
Maine I know is very light on penalties, one woman publicly beat her horses with whips and riding helmets (I rode there shortly and left after I couldn't stand seeing the abuse anymore) and we called about her. The authorities said that she was fine as the horses were well fed and taken care of.

4 years ago, me and my family adopted a dog from The Humane Society. He's a Welsh Corgi mix who was originally a stray that was found after a Hurricane in Atlanta. Walley is the sweetest, gentlest, most loving dog I've ever met and I'm so glad me and my family are able to give him a life where he doesn't have to worry about where he's gonna sleep or when his next meal will be. I really hope that after these animals were rescued and nursed back to health that they were able to get that happy, healthy life they deserved in the first place.

We truly need something like this here in sequoyah county OK we try to rescue as many as we can but we are only two people there are others as well but none of us have the resources or access to vet care that may be needed

I've always wanted to fight along side all of you and spread the word about animal abuse and neglect. People know this stuff is sad, and decide to click away and ignore it instead of facing the truth. Well, not me. I'm only 13 years old, but i've been saving animals all across Colorado. If you have any job offerings or even volunteer opportunities, please reply. Animals can't speak for themselves, and need somebody to speak out for them. They can't tell us how they feel, they can't fight for themselves, and they can't stand up for themselves. They don't have a voice, and i'd be more than willing to fill in their voice with mine. this is what I want to do. This is my dream, you guys are amazing and it breaks my heart to know how people treat these poor animals, they all seemed tame enough to be around people , and hopefully they were adopted into good homes, and treated how they should be! this is one example of neglect and if you ask me, torture. I hope that if the person who did this sees your video. They will hold this guilt with them for the rest of their lives and learn a valuable lesson

I´m sorry Bella but that comment was unfair, to say the least. I live in Sweden, here we DO have rather strict laws against animal cruelty with severe punishment, I´m a member of four animal rights organisations and have been so for years, donating every month, and I never eat meat, besides all that I DO own a dog aswell as two cats, I have many dog and cat friends, so wasn´t it a bit unfair ???? I´ve been to US for more than thirty years in a row, for a time of six to eight weeks and what I have witnessed there, even as a tourist, you wouldn´t believe........
