Well that HBM is certainly paying its way now! Very satisfying that 100mm cutter starting in on 4ish mm face cut, verooom. No complaints, no chatter, chips the colour of money and away it went. Be-utiful. Good to see you have some help in the shed. Haven’t seen a photo of the ‘veggie patch’ harvest…..
There are always several different ways to do any job, but "gang" milling these was a good idea. I would have faced them to thickness on the lathe first, then gang mill.
