This is the third of the videos I've been making about my experience of my own autism diagnosis, I hope it's of help to anyone who may need it. I thought I would make this video about some of the autism traits I experience incase it's of help to anyone thinking of looking into autism diagnosis who may want to explore further at home from vlogs and individuals experience, and to help to spread awareness, acceptance and understanding of how autistic people experience things, to help make change in the world for all generations. I only make videos from my own personal experiences. This has really helped to shake off my imposter syndrome. Many if not most things you mentioned sound very familiar to me. I have not had an official diagnosis but I am fairly sure I'm not just imagining it. thank you for taking time to present it all so clearly and honestly.

I talked about this with door posts just the other day :-D Told someone that I do that a lot, walk in to door posts, tables and other stuff and they asked me if my body had changed, maybe that would be the reason, but no my body haven´t changed that drastically :-D I´ve thought about this over the years but now, after watching your video I realise why I do that.
