I see a lot of people complaining about "bad crowds" at this cup. I have to say I appreciated the energy during the game. I think it added a lot to the enjoyment of it. I can also understand where people who want it quiet are coming from. Old billiards is a gentleman's game and should be quiet during play, but I am content imagining the game evolving into something more energetic. Without some change it could suffer, as I'm afraid it already is.

Tyler I think his name is...said that he came to the wrong side...I would have done the same shot but I think the new cloth made it so English didn't take after contact with the 1st rail ...which would have made it so no matter what he had a shot in either top corner depending where the 5 landed after the combo...97 out of 100 times what he did was the better decision in my opinion.... normal folk don't get the luxury of shooting on new cloth under lights with lots of people around...all of that changes conditions and it's very easy to overlook something
