imlee, i here what you saying, but it is not that difficult... you have to find what will be comfortable for you... it is amazing to me... so many people on youtube have different ways of teaching the squat... it can be confusing.... I have discovered from years of training that you have to find what is going to be ideal for you....once you understand that, you will be good with all your lifts.

Don't know what the background is with this group, if they're members or what. But I do know if a Joe Shmoe walked in and got the coaching and information from Dave like that, it's a couple hundred dollar session easy. That's exactly what it was. $550 a person for 2-3 hours in a small group setting with Dave. He did three of them and they sold out pretty much as soon as they opened up. At least the rest of us get these videos!
Iam 4:46 in and that little detail about the hands and how it transfers power and can lessen biceps tendinitis..... wow . Also iam assuming its true because of Dave is the man.
since this is box squat ;hence, we should look straight and chest up? should we do the same for free squat, cause I normally look down 6 7 ft away on the ground. Thank you

Buging knees anyone? Watching my self they start flared, then they bulge in at about 1/3 and flare out right after, is it the inner tight pulling or something else? It feeels smooth while doing, but my knees seem to do theyr own shit.
You're probably not pushing them out enough. Throughout the whole movement you should be thinking about splitting the floor with your heels, or opening your hips.
