    2 months in from being a 145lb twerp that you could see collar bones from a mile away that never touched a weight in his life to a 165lb twerp and growing! just hit 190 for my Deadlift, thanks Dave and Team!

    I'm in my third year of training and recently hit a 675lb deadlift. My goal is to one day be at an elite level, so that I may possibly work with people like Dave Tate. It would be an honour to learn from someone with such a deep breadth of knowledge.

    Great video! Have you ever tried having a second bar setup with 225-405 for them to regress to and try your adjustments on before moving up in weight? I think this would help cement adjustments through easier practice. Thanks for the informative video!

    the straps tip also applies to hook grip, let that shit hang on the thumbs and you got like an inch of reduced ROM

    11 minutes in...that "snap pull". Man that was such an eye opener for me, and I notice new pullers just can't seem to accept you need to be slow off the ground. I mean, it's a contradiction, cuz as soon as you are off the ground, you want speed, but that "yank" at the beginning just messes everything up

    This video is awesome but I really wish the camera would stay on the lifters on not cut to Dave's face at the most critical coaching moments. I know Dave is a handsome fellow but come on man. Amazing information and demonstration of masterful coaching I just wish we could have seen it better.

      Slingshot straps are pretty thick. I dont like them much though

I know you've done them in the past but I think they've dropped off a bit. If they're title/tagged right for that SEO they're such an amazing way to get more bites out of the content cherry.
      (I work as a digital marketing analyst for an MSP; I also run into issues with getting good quality content out on the regular. More quality content for the same amount of work is always great in my book).
