Aapke Dell Latitude 7480 laptop ka touchpad theek se kam kar raha hai, lekin click buttons ke kuch issues hain. Specifically, upar wale do buttons sahi kaam kar rahe hain, lekin neeche wale nahi. Is maslay ki wajah kuch chizein ho sakti hain:
Driver Issue: Touchpad ke driver outdated ya corrupt ho sakte hain. Aapko apne touchpad ke drivers ko update karna chahiye. Yeh drivers Dell ki website ya Windows update se mil sakte hain.
Hardware Issue: Ho sakta hai ke neeche wale buttons mein koi hardware ka masla ho, jaise button switch ka kharab hona ya connection ka lose hona. Agar drivers update karne ke baad bhi masla hal nahi hota, to laptop ko kisi technician se check karwana zaroori hoga.
Touchpad Settings: Kabhi kabhi touchpad ki settings mein buttons disable ho jate hain. Aap "Control Panel" ya "Settings" mein jaa kar touchpad settings check kar sakte hain aur confirm kar sakte hain ke buttons enable hain ya nahi.
In steps ko check karne ke baad bhi agar masla hal nahi hota, to aapko hardware repair ke liye Dell ki support ya kisi professional technician ki madad leni padegi.
