What an awesome talk! I’ve rarely heard truth like that from anyone in the Church. Not from priest, pastor, deacon, archbishop or pope. Those who should be our shepherds have let all the sheep become lost. My own children, raised in the church with 12 years of Catholic school, are not only lost, but actively reject the church, with varying degrees of indifference to animosity, depending on the day. And, why not? Who do they have to lead them, teach them, to be a strong, vocal, and uncompromising defender of our faith? I know there are some very faithful priests and bishops, but very few of us hear them speak from the pulpit or in the public square. Lord, have mercy on us. Send out your Holy Spirit to renew the face of the earth. Thank you, Father Josh.

It really saddens me that some reject Jesus and his teaching on the Eucharist. I’d even say most Protestants don’t even know about it, that’s my personal experience what I’ve heard and seen.

Fr. Walsh, We can't have good marriages if we as a Church passively accept artificial birth control. Look at our society. Contraception has completely altered our understanding of sexuality and marriage. Please, it needs to be talked about! Bless you and thank you! ❤
Two words.... "Contraceptive Mentality" I believe it is at the heart of so many of society's ills today. Almost universal use of contraception has so severely skewed our understanding of sexuality that we are at the point where our culture is actually denying that man and woman even exist. We can't define what a woman is. Our birth rates are extremely low. The family has been thrown out like a useless old towel. Yet very very few conversations are being had about it. Trouble is, and I hate to be pessimistic! But I honestly don't see this turning around. I don't see our society throwing out contraception en masse. Too much of what our culture is right now depends on it. I'm not sure what that means for the future of our society. I must sound old and musty. But I just see this glaring elephant in the room that needs to be talked about. Bless you all! 🙏🏼✝️🕊️
