I had this exact van and figures when I was 5, I've just been watching this video with my 5 year old daughter and now she wants one, you brought back so many memories thank you, proper geeking out right about now 😀
Me too. The figures should have had the GI Joe swivel arm battle grip and their regular street clothes like the 6 inch figures. But' still some very great memories though.
Love the B.A. figure. Even though he's lacking his jewelry. That van I grabbed for $5, thought I didn't really need it and practically gave it away. Sho shtoopid!
The HANNIBAL figure in the blue jumpsuit came as part of the "Boat Set". At least mine did. Correction: - After having just watched the "Armored Attack Adventure Set" video,I now remember that THAT'S the HANNIBAL figure that came with the "Boat Set". With the blue jumpsuit & brown-ish padded vest.
I remember having one of these growing up. There were many races with the Mego General Lee across our hardwood living room floor- Sometimes with Schleich Smurfs & Peanuts figures behind the wheel! Great restoration -Looks amazing.
Cheers mate, the seating was just a guess. I watched the entire series in order last year so I guess it stuck with me. I don't normally go that far with toys, prefer to keep them as they are but I knew this would benefit from the shine up. Played havoc with the focus on my camera though. Glad you enjoyed my friend.
awesome video, i have one of these and one of the yellow lights on the top has broken off, gone missing they are really an awesome toy line, if you were a kid back then and had these galoob toys, they would have had so much play value to them, with the headquaters set and the van and corvette, like an awesome diorama thanks for making these videos they are really good.
There was someone with a van painted like the A-Team van in our town when I was a kid, doubt it was a GMC though! Oh I really wish they had done the van for the larger figures.
Luke!! Now you're talking my language! Damn AWESOME! If I could have tapped the "Like" icon twice I would have. Also glad to see that you got the team seating order correct. Thought you might get Murdock and Face-Man's spots mixed up. ;-D Excellent work on the restoration too. Seriously, Thanks for sharing.
i know what you mean about the plastic on these toy's i still have my a team jet somewhere but i was always worried that it would snap, great toy i remember seeing it back then but never had it. cool review luke
I remember several years ago going shopping in Oldham (where im from) with the mother and parking next to a van that had been made to look exactly like the A team van. always wanted one myself lol. i think i might have had this van (memory sucks but im sure i did, but had the 6 inch figures instead, unless they did a 6 inch version of the van?
Opppsss iPhone viewing for ya! Lol Pity the side/back door didn't open and I was certain you'd have chucked an m16 on one of them! Top work mate, cheers Fuzz.
So why didn't you make it two tone with the grey? Ive noticed all the toys had it all black. I don't like the two tone with the grey to be honest. It really screws with my head because I still remember it being all black. If you remember it being all black as well your probably from same timeline as myself. #mandelaeffect
actionjackman A pity that the Galoob A-Team doesn't look too competent with those faces of theirs and not just Face's face neither. :D You're welcome. :)
No problem, the pleasure was all mine. Thanks for watching!

I finally found my childhood A-team figures again. Great video!
Started searching for this item a while ago, but so far no luck. Brings a smile to my face to see it again. Thanks for the video :)
No problem, enjoyed making it. Thanks for watching!
Wow. Such a grate toy line. I wish I still had my van.

u did such a nice job restoring the van, great vid!
I have the metal van from Ertl and that does have the sliding door, unfortunately its way beyond repair. Saving the M16s for a future video mate
cheers mate, learnt a lot from the model car community on how to get a great shine!
Cool, I never had this one till much later on, early 90s I think, I had this and the corvette. No idea what happened to them though
awesome video, i have one of these and one of the yellow lights on the top has broken off, gone missing

Cheers bro!
Nice!
Really good vid,
Hell yeah!
a very cool piece,i always felt the 3/34 figures looked wierd so i stuck with the 6 inch versions.
Opppsss iPhone viewing for ya! Lol Pity the side/back door didn't open and I was certain you'd have chucked an m16 on one of them! Top work mate, cheers Fuzz.
Sure one will turn up one day mate
I have all four of the 3.75" scale A Team figures. Always wished Galoob could've gotten the Miami Vice license for 3.75" figures.
I pity the fool that keeps a fire hydrant in the back of his van! Wow... this is a beautiful set and your restoration efforts were well worth it! :-)
Cheers Fuzz

Yeah fragile plastic is a real problem with these toys. Amazing any survived really!
Yeah they are a bit weird looking but the vehicles are cool.
anyone notice this van is all black. if you have not heard of the Mandela effect check out what the A-Team van looks like now.
Awesome van. LOL once again at the A-Team's faces, except B.A.'s, thanks Galoob. :D
David315842 I love these guys, so happy to get the van.
actionjackman A pity that the Galoob A-Team doesn't look too competent with those faces of theirs and not just Face's face neither. :D You're welcome. :)
You fool:) great rewiev.
