The beautiful planter you showed with the iron luster, and copper float - what was the name of the Blue you used? Closed captions said Blue Rootel ...??
Another stunning unload! Your glazing is superb and so smooth. Do u use alternating directions on brushing yr layers? I looove the lavender mist winter wood bowl def going to try that! Could you pleeeease tell me how to get celadons to not pin hole? They all esp obsidian and snow pin hole on me. So frustrating!!
I do alternating directions when brushing for the base coats to make sure I get full coverage. For celadons, I usually layer obsidian so i don't see a lot of pinholes.
thank you for sharing your talent. It's about the matching fruit bowl, do you apply honey flux inside of the bowl before applying all other glazes? I am a hobby potter and want to try this glaze combo for my bowl.
yes I use honey flux first before layering it with other colors, but if you are talking about the bowl with the ancient copper rim then I did not put honeyflux under it. The rim is plain ancient copper and below it was honeyflux as a base
@@RJMPottery thank you for your response. Your glazed pieces are beautiful!! I am glad that I found your channel and I will keep watching your videos . Thank you again.
Well done as always.......which clay body do you use? I am headed to a new to me ceramic shop this weekend, and would like to try something new. Thanks and have a great weekend.
Beautiful work!❤
I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation. Thank you.
Those vases are gorgeous
I am so loving layering glazes, mostly Amaco and I so enjoy your layering examples! Thank you :)
Love your beautiful large bowls and vases!!!
Wow. These big pieces are amazing!!!
I absolutely love watching your kiln openings. Would you consider doing a video showing you glazing several pieces, differing sizes. Thank you
I do have videos glazing some of these big pieces, just need to edit them.
I’m wondering how you glaze that center on the bottom and it doesn’t stick to your shelves? You have some beautiful combos!
Is the velvet underglaze from Amaco on your mugs dishwashersafe? Wich kiln temerature? Thank you for your great videos.

@@RJMPottery Thankyou xx
So so ridiculously awesome! Wonderful work. Is there a way to let me know what clay type you use? Is this like Bmix?
Thanks. We use Stoneware No. 3 from Minnesota Clay
The little pitcher, 3rd to last piece, looks like Black Aventurine with Ancient Copper over on the rim. worth a try to repeat the combo.
yeah, I might try again.

We are using the MN Stoneware Clay NO 3
Just curious how many pounds did you use for vases and your bowls. Love their size!!! Thank you
I think 9 to 10 pounds for the big bowls and vases
