Am I right that the narrator’s comment about bloodeye coffee at the beginning was actually an authorial interjection? And that it might be better to say that you, the author, poured all the bloodeye coffee into you to pour all your energy into the video?

I love this! I already sent this video to my players as we're having a "Pathfinder Society" style campaign, adventuring around the continent and this will give them some insight into the places they visit!
Look, I dearly love the Guide's slow, methodical, informative and friendly demeanor in every other video. But sleep deprived, caffeine-addled Guide had me COMPLETELY IN STITCHES the entire time, oh my god. It's not an always food, but more of the dry wit wouldn't go amiss
I am simultaneously terrified and incredibly curious to know what further beautiful chaos happens if the Guide consumes a considerable amount of alcoholic beverage pre touring instead 👀 This video is actually stunning, I must rewatch immediately
Awesome summary video, your videos are always a treat. Your Absolam series has actually inspired me to run a game set in the City. Hope you keep making amazing content ❤
I think it should be just fine for the most part. I doubt an average person would know all of these things at once, but nothing individually is too secretive. The only exceptions might be Hermea's not-an-evil-eugenics-program, and possibly the fraudulent religion that runs Razmiran. As an overview it should be just fine!
This is what happens when my Pathfinder session gets cancelled and I pour all my energy into editing overnight!

This feels like all of the quality you’d expect from a Lore Tour video with a healthy helping of “a crap guid to D&D” energy mixed in 😂
Sometimes you need to take a step back and embrace the beautiful insanity of the world you inhabit
That ridiculous map is still one I point my players to for a quick and crass summary of each national region.
Likewise. I credit it at least as much as I do the Core Rulebook for introducing me to Pathfinder.
Love the video! Where can I find that high detailed map?

8:48 Wow, Hermea sounds perfect! Absolutely nothing suspicious happening there.
Say it with me: “There is no strife in Hermea.”
Those crispy humanoid shapes, umbrella, "items" showing up on the ⛱️ beach are nothing, nothing at all.

Great overview.
Once going, it seemed this lecture planned on touching on almost every piece of lore connected to Golarion
Wow.
Looking at that map 😂
Love your tour. It made the whole map interesting. And got me engaged.
You definitely earned my subscription brother.
The River Kingdoms are what happens when you turn the Holy Roman Empire into a state of anarcho-monarchism, then add a LOT of rivers.
This was good, but you missed the Five Kings Mountains!
I picked up a bunch of Reaper Pathfinder minis recently and diving into the world while I paint them has been fantastic, thank you!

That’s humbling to hear! I hope the city treats you as kindly as it did me.
This is great and fun
When you're not ready to jump into Starfinder, you can dip your toes into Robot Flaming Laser Swords.
Fck you are hilarious xD love your vid, exactly the kind of lore video i was looking for, because they usually are way to dry for my taste
WOW, this is the content!!!
Thank you, very entertaining!
Ladies and gentlemen, that is what a high-quality shitpost looks like =)
Pathfinder lore is the Nidal to my Cheliax
Love this so much, thank you so much
Entertaining and informative. Thank you citizen. Any chance you would do starfinder?
love this video!
Do you think the level of knowledge conveyed here is what would be considered common knowledge for new adventures?
I’m wondering if it’s a level of detail safe for my hand outs
I think probably
But I’m pretty new to this

@@theloretour Eventually, consider a "What is common knowledge in #Golarion...." (where #Golarion is replaced by a local or Adventure Path local.
Galt is my favorite; from the name, you think it's going to be Ayn Rand, but nope...it's Trotsky.
Think you can do one of these for Tian Xia?
Definitely! This kind of video takes a lot longer than my usual ones, so I need to take my time with it. Still, expect to see one at some point!
could you please link the maps? including the islly one :P
