I have never been to Philly, but I have been to Baltimore, and it was very scary, in the middle of the day drug deals in broad daylight. Stay safe. I will be watching. Philly is the worst big city in the US by far. It’s sad. San Francisco has homeless problems and drug problems but compared to this San Francisco is a dream world. Everyone talk about Chicago being bad, Chicago is gorgeous. And very safe as long as you don’t go where you shouldn’t. Philly is just bad everywhere.

I've worked with guys from Kensington mostly very bright and motivated, good people looking to get out. As hard workers as you will find.There are many places there that don't have indoor plumbing or hot running water. I hope you saw some nicer stuff like the Italian Market or Independence Hall area. Philly is really best seen on foot, a lot of little historical gems. Have a good trip I see you're heading to New Yawwwk.

Hi, I was born and I was raised as a Philadelphian! You went through my old neighborhood in Frankford area stated @ 14:13 on your video. I don't like Philly, but I respect it causes it's my birth place! Yes, Kensington is a hard neighborhood to live and do business in that kind of area with drug being deal out 24/7. Alot of residents hate what going on in Kensington area, but when you don't have the State or Government on your side what can you do or says. Little children can't play in their own neighborhood playground because a needle could get in their shoes. They given out free food to these people about three times a day, clean clothes, new needles, tents, uses bathroom, and free health care to them and more. They don't arrest dealers for long periods then back out selling drugs. If you would went more down South there a new section called new Kensington that's being building up nice with new houses that cost @ 250K or more and look much better then old Kensington. The area you was at is called old Kensington area. Old Kensington area the houses are priced around $140k-$15k. In Frankford houses are priced at 200k-15k.More you go in to the city prices run around 200k or more for houses. Like someone in comments said, you should had show it's beautiful side south Philly Italian Market or South Street and eat a cheese steak from South Philly.

After about 15 minutes you were in Frankford, a different section. Kensington area if you are driving under the el is from Huntington el stop to Tioga el stop. The last 4 el stops are Juniata Park and Kensington
That is not that bad i grew up in Kensington, you should of seen it 30 years ago all buildings abandoned falling down , i worked for septa repairs to elevators and escalators, i worked all over that city i been in worse area’s the problem is drugs. That whole city needs to be revamped.

So here’s the low down on New Haven pizza Zuppardis, you can get in the door over there and get you pizza quick and they are top tear pizza. Sally’s pizza that’s down the road is also amazing wait time is pretty long. And then you have Frank Pepe Pizzeria (the most known) they’re cooked to perfection, they’re pretty busy as well. But Zuppaddis is my favorite and it’s easy in and out to get your pizza 🍕! It’s worth it and close to when you go to NY !!
