I'm voting for the "frayed four patch". i'd like to see that lighter diagonal pattern come together. thanks for your inspiration, Jeanette! you make it look so easy! xx
Thank you so much! Looking forward to jewl box quilt. Would also like to see bow tie. I made an Irish chain with 2 inch square scraps in 4 patch for full size bed.
I like the patriotic chain frayed four patch, and the jewel box - I’m going to have to give them a try. Thanks for these great 4 patch videos. I also make quilts for project Linus.
🎉thankyou very much for all your 4 patch blocks I have now put a box next to my sewing machine ready for me to collect two and a half inch square what a fab idea❤
I just wanted to say thank you so much for making these videos for us beginners! I really love watching them and I have learned so much from you!! I also just love your voice, it’s so cute!!
I love them all. I would love to see the jewel box in a quilt. I want to make a patriotic quilt with the first block which you used the red, blue, and white fabric. Thank you from Texas.
Love all the blocks, especially the last 4 patch blocks with the HST’s, oh the possibilities. Great inspiration for 2024. I just cleaned off and organized my sewing table and anxious to start some new quilts, birthdays and graduations coming up this year. Thank you for sharing 🌙🧵🙏🥰
I vote for either the disappearing 4 patch or jewel box or the variation of the frayed (just to see the final layout!) I have really enjoyed seeing all the 4- patch variations! Thank you from Tennessee, USA
Great idea on using leftover pieces and using 2 1/2” squares. My little drawer is getting full so will use the ideas for my charity quilts too. Thank you 👏
Just been watching your videos using various 4 patch blocks, amazing so many different patterns, very interesting. I also sew for Project Linus, I'm in Buckinghamshire
I have a quilt unfinished to date and another one to patch. I'm not starting another quilt. I am planning to use your designed star block to make pockets on my denim jacket. I think it will really add some color and interest to the plain jacket. Thanks.
I am so inspired by your videos. I have made several Jewel Box/ Jacob’s Ladder quilts, they are easy and turn out great each time. I know you will have fun making your Jewel Box. I think making the Bow Tie variation with setting the blocks in the circle and the X shape and putting them together as a X & O ( hugs and kisses) quilt. It would be cute as a baby quilt.
I’d like you to make the Bow tie block that has all the white to the center. I can’t remember what you called it, it almost looks like an O when you put 4 blocks together.
Thank you so much - I learn so much from your videos. I love the variation to the frayed 4 patch. I'm just wondering if you would you need to add sashing strips in between to join the blocks into a quilt top? Or, would you just sew each block to the next?
Hi Nicole - We are so happy you can learn from our tutorials! Frayed 4 Patch is great isn't it? You can definitely add sashing if you'd want, but we would usually sew the blocks together in a row.

Brenda from Conquering Mt Scrapmore says to "kiss the line" when sewing diagonal lines. I always remember that and it helps me get very good results.

Love them all. I’ll enjoy watching you make the one you decide. Thank you for sharing.
