    I am from Michigan. I knew prices were high for houses in Florida, but had no idea that you had to pay so much for lot fees per month. That literally is a mortgage payment in other states for an actual house, rather than a 50+ year old trailer. One major storm and boom you have no place to live, and all your money is gone.

      I'm wanting to buy put the time you factor in insurance, lot rent, and a payment. It's to much for a 30.000 mobile home. I'm sad.@@FLlife
